Bell Ceremony to celebrate the listing of the bonds issued by Integrale CCA

On Thursday 18 December 2014, Diego Aquilina, President of the Direction and P. Beaupain, CFO of Integrale closed the European stock markets with a Bell Ceremony to celebrate the listing of the bonds on Euronext Brussels.  The bonds are listed for a total amount of 100.900 euro. The interest rates is 6.25%.

Kepler Capital Marketsand ING are acting as Joint Book Runners. The trading symbol of the bond is : INT25 .

Integrale is a mutual insurance fund. The Board is composed equally of representatives of employers and employees of member companies. Integrale specializes in supplementary pensions. The core activity of the company is providing and managing group insurances.
