Client Readiness Coordinator (VIE)

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Convergence Client Readiness coordinator to join Euronext Securities’ Client Journey team. The position will be based in Porto, Portugal and start in January 2027. This is a 12-month VIE contract, renewable once. You will report to the Client Journey Manager. 

Convergence is a strategic transformation program at Euronext Securities, designed to harmonize and modernize our five CSD platforms, processes, and client experience across all locations. The program aims to deliver a unified, robust, and scalable infrastructure, enabling seamless client journeys, enhanced operational efficiency, and a consistent service offering throughout Europe. Convergence is a cornerstone of Euronext’s ambition to be the reference market infrastructure in Europe, supporting innovation and growth for all stakeholders. 
 
The Client Journey team supports Euronext Securities’ strategic transformation by preparing and guiding clients through major change programmes, including Convergence. We coordinate readiness activities, ensure effective communication and deliver a seamless client experience across all locations. 

You will primarily be responsible for: 

• Supporting the planning and execution of client readiness activities for the Convergence programme 

• Coordinating communication and documentation for clients, ensuring clarity and timeliness 

• Monitoring the progress of deliverables, identifying risks and escalating issues as needed 

• Preparing and facilitating meetings, workshops and steering committees 

• Producing regular reports and dashboards for programme management and senior leadership 

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of client readiness processes and tools 

Your profile: 

• Master’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering or related field 

• At least one successful internship or work experience in project management and coordination, PMO or client-facing roles 

• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills 

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint 

• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus 

• Fast learner with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working autonomously 

• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
