The ESG Advisory Associate will be part of the Advisory & IR Solutions team at Corporate Services, which mission consists in supporting listed companies in making the most of their relationships with capital markets.

Under the supervision of the ESG Manager, you will be in charge of addressing the growing needs of listing companies for meeting their sustainable requirements in capital markets:

Ensure a strong cooperation and alignment across Advisory and IR Solutions’ team

When relevant, be an active leader representing the ESG advisory on all Euronext’s places

The ideal candidate has 3-5yrs of experience in Sustainability related legal, audit, compliance or risk Management role within consulting firm or a large European company with hands-on experience in:

The Procurement Specialist is part of the Finance role family accountable for the accurate financial representation of Nord Pool’s operations. As Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for performing the daily operational Procurement activities including negotiating prices, business and legal terms and conditions to generate savings and mitigate risks while respecting corporate policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing project related activities related to the ERP system, enhancements, maintenance, and training of end users. In this position you will be an integral part of the Nord Pool accounting team and the procurement team in the Euronext group.

Working place will be at Lysaker, Oslo and this role reports to the Chief Accountant in Nord Pool.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Procurement Specialist you will:

• Engage with system related project activities, enhancements, maintenance, issue resolution and end user training
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable team to facilitate vendor payment and resolve system related payment issues
• Participate in the production of Procurement KPI’s and key reports (weekly, monthly dashboards);
• Negotiate price on ad hoc requirements and long-term contract (new and renewed);
• Review/Control purchase requisitions (incl. support to Business to raise requisitions), in line with Procurement Policy;
• Process PO’s and send them to vendors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience of implementing, improving, and overseeing P2P processes
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics (D365) ERM system is highly preferable.
• Experience in procurement, negotiation/sourcing, vendor management and contract management;
• Experience of IT related sourcing preferable;
• University degree or equivalent – MBA preferred.

As an HR Intern you will:

·         Support the HR Business Partner in facilitating end-to-end recruitment and selection processes including developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, engaging recruitment agencies on our Preferred Supplier List (PSL), organising briefing calls, managing the shortlisting, scheduling interviews, obtaining feedback from the hiring manager and ensuring an efficient on-boarding experience

·         Provide full administrative support to the HR team: maintain up to date records in Workday and other HR systems, reviewing letter templates and amending as needed, payroll administration and documentation in collaboration with Payroll & Benefits Manager, HR filing & record keeping, other ad-hoc administrative duties

·         Assist with preparation of monthly and ad-hoc reporting i.e. recruitment tracker, budget tracker, training and other reporting in relation to HR Analytics

·         Support HR Business Partner in delivering key training and learning initiatives e.g. Lunch and Learns, collating individual or team training needs, researching training providers and liaising with suppliers

Key Accountabilities

• Within the Primary Markets department, the Business Development team is the reference knowledge and project centre for all Euronext locations. The Business Development Associate will support the launch and the development of new European initiatives, namely strategic business projects related to equity and debt listing, and the automation of statistics and business intelligence, and he/she will participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly group reports on business performance for senior management.
• His/her missions will include stock market performance analyses and ECM activity benchmarking vs. competing exchanges. Taking part in the team’s effort and contribution to strengthening the department, the Associate will also help bolster the team’s research capacities by contributing to know-how and content on specific sectors and/or topics related to equity and debt capital markets.
• The Associate will support Sales teams and the Senior Management team in carrying out studies on equity and debt capital markets, being an integral partner in the coverage and origination effort (research, analyses, pitching and preparation of client meetings).
