Being part of Euronext Market Services (EMS), EMS Markets is at the heart of the Euronext organization. EMS is the front line for Euronext Cash, Derivatives and Commodities business with two operational centres in Amsterdam and Paris. Managing the safety net for trading and safe keeping of the Euronext financial markets within the legal framework to ensure fair and orderly markets for all Cash, Derivatives and Commodities products trading is part of the day to day work. The two teams operate daily from 06:30-22:30 CET.

About the position

Depending on the shift, the Market Surveillance Analyst has responsibility over a portfolio of international Equity, Index or Commodity Derivative products. One of the main tasks is to supervise the portfolio of Derivative products and trading behaviours to ensure fair and orderly trading is safeguarded. Within your responsibilities you will take necessary actions to prevent irregularities in the market and to resolve issues quickly and accurately.

The candidate will be primarily responsible for:

  • Maintaining the derivative safety nets that are used for trading to avoid particular occurrences such as significant price deviations or flash crashes. This can be done by tuning settings and resolving derivative pricing alerts and adjusting pricing parameters.
  • Based on rules and regulations, take decisions to halt and reopen the derivative contracts and decide if trades are aberrant or if orders need to be cancelled.
  • Monitor the Derivative alerts, spot, report and escalate irregularities based on the Euronext trading procedures, rulebooks, MIFIDII regulation and Market Abuse framework.
  • Maintain the test environment and perform sanity checks for on new trading platform releases to secure a safe production environment
  • Provide expertise and write Requirements in the diverse projects EMS Markets is involved with.
  • Calculation of high quality daily settlement prices and expiry prices used as closing prices for the Exchange and used by the clearing house for settlements

Your profile

  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Business, Finance or Engineering
  • English: full professional proficiency is required; Dutch or French is a plus
  • Strong IT acumen
  • Python knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Hands-on approach, organized, with attention to detail and able to bring structure

IT Corporate Functions is an IT team responsible for all Corporate Applications on the Euronext group, supporting Finance Systems, HR, CRM, and others. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Account Executive, die bereid is tussen Capelle aan den IJssel en Amsterdam te reizen, met een sterk netwerk binnen de Investor Relations. Jouw taken

  • Inkomstenbeheer

Verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van inkomsten (waarvan bij enige regelmaat) door bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten in te spelen op de waarde van elk SaaS-product.

  • Administratie

Het opstellen, beheren en opvolgen van offertes en contracten. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van de facturatie binnen jouw portefeuille. Je zorgt voor een goede interne en externe communicatie voor een optimale dienstverlening.

Geïntegreerde en uitgebreide waardepropositie

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Account Executive, die bereid is tussen Capelle aan den IJssel en Amsterdam te reizen, met een sterk netwerk binnen de Investor Relations. Je adviseert onze klanten bij het behalen van hun communicatiedoelen door van onze diensten gebruik te maken. Company Webcast heeft haar activiteiten op drie taken gericht, namelijk Stakeholder Communicatie (Investor Relations), Interne Communicatie en Marketing Communicatie.

Jouw taken

  • Inkomstenbeheer

Verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van inkomsten (waarvan bij enige regelmaat) door bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten in te spelen op de waarde van elk SaaS-product.

  • Relatiebeheer

Het leggen van strategische en tactische contacten op managementniveau (waaronder hoofden van Investor Relations, Marketing & Communicatie, Verkoop & Inkoopafdelingen) via klantennetwerken en andere kanalen.

  • Product- & marktontwikkeling

Opbouwen van specifieke branchekennis voor de verschillende formats. Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en deze vertalen naar (outbound) verkoopactiviteiten.

  • Succes klanten

Het motiveren van klanten op basis van klanteisen en -doelstellingen om webcasting strategisch in te zetten en zorgen voor optimale interne communicatie om zo het succes voor de klant te realiseren. Identificeren van 'cross-selling' mogelijkheden van partneroplossingen, andere Corporate Service producten en andere landen binnen Europa.

  • Administratie

Het opstellen, beheren en opvolgen van offertes en contracten. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van de facturatie binnen jouw portefeuille. Je zorgt voor een goede interne en externe communicatie voor een optimale dienstverlening.

Geïntegreerde en uitgebreide waardepropositie

Interactie met interne stakeholders van Euronext, Euronext Corporate Services en Company Webcast. Je zorgt ervoor dat het webcast waardevoorstel volledig geïntegreerd is met de andere producten van Euronext Corporate Services. Deze verantwoordelijkheden beschrijven alleen de belangrijkste activiteiten en zijn niet volledig. Ze zijn afhankelijk van het expertiseniveau en de lopende projecten.

Jouw profiel

Je hebt kennis en ervaring op het gebied van verkoop en accountmanagement in een zakelijke omgeving. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring als contactpersoon op managementniveau zijn de belangrijkste eigenschappen waar we naar op zoek zijn. Ervaring in het beheren en aansturen van de business voor een specifieke regio/gebied.

The Commodities Expansion Manager manager will have the following accountabilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities based on new commodity products, be they soft or hard commodities, through systematic market analyses, stakeholder engagement and customer feedback.

  • Take accountability for their delivery, actively engaging with market participants, regulatory authorities and/or third party service providers, from the beginning of the project till go live.

  • Lead coordination of development and launch efforts through close collaboration with IT, Legal & Market Regulation, Sales, Operations, Post-Trade, Corporate Communication, and Marketing.

  • Design and implement a framework for regular, iterative business expansion, from idea generation to execution, go-to-market, education and ad-hoc support until the new products reach sufficient liquidity.

  • Maintain up to date industry and competitor knowledge to identify and develop the Company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

  • Leverage his/her network to solicit feedback from industry participants through trade calls, surveys, industry events, trade shows and conferences. Report back intelligence to relevant stakeholders.

The Financial Controller - Trainee will be accountable for financial reporting, analysis and forecasting in coordination with other controlling teams in the organization to identify cost-saving measures and ensuring the sound financial functioning of the organization.

Key Accountabilities

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, versturen en actief opvolgen van offertes en overeenkomsten en ondersteunt de Sales en Accountmanagers.
  • Is de order binnen? Dan verzorg je ook de correcte verwerking in ons Hubspot CRM en de juiste overdracht naar collega’s.
  • Je staat klanten te woord over sales gerelateerde vragen.
  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de facturatiestromen en zorgt in overleg met onze financiële administratie dat klanten tijdig en correct gefactureerd worden.
  • Je doet aanbevelingen voor procesverbetering en komt met slimme oplossingen.

Over jou

Je hebt minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau en hebt al ervaring opgedaan in een soortgelijke rol. Daarnaast heb je goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als Engels. Je wilt graag contact met de klant hebben en voor hen klaarstaan.
