Finance Department

Position Overview:
The CRM Senior Associate will be part of the CRM and Data intelligence team. This team is responsible for overseeing the CRM activities and its administration as well as the data strategy and operations for Euronext Corporate Services.
Your primary mission is to ensure the effectiveness and optimization of our CRM system HubSpot to support our business operations. You will play a crucial role in defining and conducting the CRM strategy, maintaining data quality, implementing automation processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing the CRM system to meet the evolving needs of our teams.
These CRM operations and data initiatives cover a wide range of prospect/customer interactions and touchpoints, including website visits, marketing campaigns, sales activities and opportunities, service desk interactions, and customer success/account management activities. Your objective is to enable a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder engagement across the entire customer lifecycle.
Besides taking the ownership of the CRM and supervising the operations you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the business reports and dashboards with the CRM.

Summary of the role

Team management
You will lead a European team who are responsible for (technically) executing Webcast / Studio events. Your team looks after the production facilities for all 6 locations in Europe.
Product & technical management
You are the driving force for creating the vision on how Company Webcast can be in the forefront with its Studio operations, and you know how you can turn a creative idea into a sellable new product / feature. You know all about the latest technologies, are willing to pilot those and build a case to justify the investment. Concerning new technologies your team takes the lead to evaluate new developments and you will lead the contractual engagement with technology partners supporting the studio business.
Project & Planning
You look after resources and inventory planning and work closely with the Head of Event Management to ensure all events are delivered on time, according to budget and with the highest customer satisfaction.
Operational management
Overall management of studio resources (including freelancers), inventory and studio equipment, as well as client devices such as encoders.
Relationship management
Establishing tactical and strategic contacts at management level (including technical vendors, installation companies, partners) and lead the negotiations.
Your profile
You are knowledgeable and experienced in Studio Production in a corporate environment. You have excellent communication skills and are a visionary leader.

At least 10 years’ in Studio Production (coming from a TV / broadcast background is preferred)
