Répondre aux demandes des collaborateurs et traiter les informations sur les salariés : absence, maladie, congés évènement familiaux, titre de transports…)
Participation aux différents projets du département paie, interfaces avec le système de paye, gestion d’un coffre-fort entreprise.
Participation au suivi de la Gestion des Temps et des Activités (GTA) (outil protime)
Création des comptes Protime (gestion des temps), procédures évolutives liées aux collaborateurs sur Workday.
Venir en support à la gestion administrative du personnel en cas de pique d’activité / besoin.
Missions relatives au contrôle social :
Participation active à la création et production de Reporting (NAO, CSE ….)
Gestion des enquêtes Dares
Profil recherché
Tu es à la recherche d’une alternance dans un environnement innovant et curieux(se) d’en apprendre plus sur le marché financier.
En formation supérieure bac+4/5 en comptabilité ou en ressources humaines avec une spécialité paie. Tu aimes le contact et échanger. Tu es reconnu(e) pour ton organisation, sens du détail et ta rigueur.
Autonome, tu fais preuve d’initiative dans les missions qui te sont confiées.
Ta maîtrise du pack office est avancée ainsi que ton aisance en anglais, ta présence constituera un atout chez Euronext !

Flavia joined the Porto Technology Centre in 2016 as a Product Support Analyst before contributing to the development of our Optiq trading platform. She now designs new functionalities that address our clients’ needs while anticipating quality assurance (QA) impacts.
Within Euronext’s real-time market data business, Shelley started as an analyst before moving to policy making and is now responsible for all commercial and regulatory projects.
