Do you want to help us advise clients regarding the financial infrastructure and solve operational tasks?

Do you have experience from or interest in the financial sector, we are looking for a new colleague to join the Issuing Agent team at Euronext Securities, where you will become an expert in the central financial infrastructure. You will support companies with advice and performance of operational support related to the issuance of shares/bonds, IPOs, capital increases, etc.


We are looking for attitude and drive rather than experience, and we do not expect you to know the specific processes in our niche area. The most important thing is that you are curious and quick to learn and is interested in being in a client-facing role, where you also perform operational.

We provide digital infrastructure
Euronext Securities is the underlying infrastructure for trading in shares, bonds and other securities.  Our Issuing Agent team specializes in assisting companies in issuing securities in the infrastructure and provides advice for companies on this.
With 150 new colleagues, you will become part of our Danish department with an office at Christianshavn in beautiful, newly renovated premises. Here you become part of a culture where we interact in a cheerful tone and help each other find solutions to complicated issues.
Your new department is not the typical, established department. We are growing bigger, fast, and are really being prioritized in the company both now and going forward. Therefore, you also get the opportunity to specialize on an ongoing basis, depending on your skills and wishes. You will also have a central role in achieving the ambitious growth strategy for the team. 

Become the link between customers and the core infrastructure
You are in dialogue with our customers about their wishes and are a big part of implementing the requested changes via our financial infrastructure. At the same time,  you will work closely with our specialists from the other departments, but also external advisors, to find the best solutions for our customers. 


It will be you who: 

  •  issue and settle shares and bonds;
  • handle processes regarding capital, interest, dividends and redemption
  • advises customers with your professional insight
  • ensure ongoing due diligence in accordance with anti-money laundering and know-your-customer procedures.

We understand that what we do is very specialised. Therefore, you will also be thoroughly trained by working closely with your new colleagues in the Issuing Agent department, where you also help influence the future processes.

We imagine that you have a relevant long higher education or that you have a graduate as a financial economist, legal secretary or similar, combined with work experience from the financial sector, where you have had tasks of a relatively complex nature. Experience or interest in the financial sector will be an advantage.

Borsa Italiana Spa, the company responsible for the organization and management of Italian financial markets, provides an internship opportunity in Monte Titoli, leading provider of efficient and secure financial market post-trade services, across pre-settlement, settlement, custody and asset services. The internship is within the Local and international settlement team.
Monte Titoli Settlement area is in charge of controlling and monitoring the correct functioning of the settlement activities throughout the entire chain from trading platforms and clients systems to settlement platforms including the possible interaction with the clearing systems.
It is also responsible for the relevant Settlement documentation describing the Settlement services and for the enhancements and development of the service. For this purpose there is a strong interaction with domestic and European institutions and supervising authorities.

Euronext Securities – Project Management IT Internship

Workplace: working from home/office (Milan, Piazza degli Affari 6)

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will support the team in the following activities:

  • Act as a guardian of the Group PM policy, lead its roll-out and ensure teams respect the policy;
  • Centralize and report on capacity based on input received from resource managers;
  • Support all key contributors in the preparation of key project documentation;
  • Maintain macro-plan (overall project plan) and detail plan (3 months view on deliverables, dependencies and resource working on it);
  • Responsible for capacity management and ensure resource availability for all upcoming phase (demand & capacity);

The purpose of the role is to perform the daily Issuing Agent related operations within Euronext Securities Shared Services Team and to contribute to the sustainable development of services based on client inputs and our strategy.

The purpose of the role is to perform the daily tax operations within the Euronext Securities Shared Services and to contribute to sustainable development of services and applications based on client inputs.

Key accountabilities

  Control quality of incoming Tax Reclaims and secure upload of Tax Reclaims to the Danish Tax Authority either manually or via RPA.

  Contribute to secure the tax operations, including the resolution of any instability when it occurs.
