Job summary

The Manager for the Common Message Hub team will be responsible for our messaging platform based on Incentage. This includes to ensure the daily operation as well as planning of relevant projects, maintenance, changes and team capacity planning.

The Incentage platform process messaging transactions based on ISO15022, ISO20022 and proprietary messaging formats and ensures transactions are delivered in right format to participants and business applications. Daily we process millions of transactions and it is a critical component in our IT landscape.

Key Accountabilities

  • Build and lead the Common Message Hub (CMH) team
  • Responsible for the CMH (Incentage) daily operation (2. Line support)
  • Responsible for the CMH maintenance in accordance to new business requirements
  • Deliver an obsolescence plan
  • Build and maintain roadmap for the CMH to support convergence plans
  • Support for the similar tasks as for CMH on the messaging within SWIFT and MQ when needed

Communications and Public Relations apprenticeship

For candidates looking for a master’s degree apprenticeship (contrat en alternance) in 2024-2025, preferably available as of July or August 2024. Background in political science, financial communication and public relations appreciated.

Department

You would be working within the Group's Press Office with the Communications Manager for Euronext Paris and with the Chief Communications and Investor Relations Officer (CCIO) of Euronext who oversees every aspect of communications: Investor Relations, branding, traditional and social media relations, events and internal communications. You would be primarily involved in media relations with the French and UK press, working alongside an international team located in the company's respective countries.

This apprenticeship represents a fantastic opportunity for students looking to gain experience in corporate and financial communication within a Global Communications Direction, and looking to work on various projects that revolve around the financing of businesses. The apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience working alongside C-level representatives at an international company.

Media Relations

  • Organise interviews, press conferences and support the preparation of dedicated key messages and briefing notes for the CEO

Na een gedegen inwerktraject ga je aan de slag voor onze klanten, deze bevinden zich met name binnen de gemeentelijke en overheidsmarkt. Tijdens de werkzaamheden ben je verantwoordelijk voor;

·         Een gedegen voorbereiding van de Webcast. Dit betekent controleren of de medewerkers van de klant de Webcast op de juiste manier hebben aangemaakt en of alle informatie beschikbaar is zodat jij zonder problemen je werkzaamheden kan verrichten. Daarnaast controleer je of er een internetverbinding actief is en of er beeld en geluid is. Mochten hier problemen aan het licht komen dan kan je terugvallen op onze support afdeling met technische experts;

·         Het bedienen van de Webcast. Hiermee bedoelen wij het starten, meeklikken van actieve agendapunten en sprekers, commentaar ingeven tijdens een schorsing en het stoppen van een Webcast/ Mochten er tijdens een live-uitzending problemen zijn dan stel je de medewerkers van de klant op hun gemak en neem je contact op met onze support afdeling om te zien of het probleem is op te lossen. Communiceer proactief met de medewerkers van de klant zodat zij weten wat de status is;

·         De sprekersindexatie. Deze dient binnen 48 uur opgeleverd te worden. Aan de hand van onze editor ben jij in staat om nauwkeurige sprekers-aanpassingen te doen in ons systeem zodat onze klanten tevreden zijn met het eindresultaat en probleemloos een vergadering kunnen terugkijken;

Compensation & International Mobility officer will provide expert guidance and insight to all our local HR and stakeholders across business, she/he will pro-actively deliver key Compensation & Benefits (C&B) projects and annual C&B processes working closely with the rest of the team.

International Mobility

  • Short Term Assignments policy implementation:
    • Ensure processes and rules are  followed to manage International assignments of less than 5 months
    • Act as a single point of contact for HR business partners and the assignee once the international move is validated
    • Manage relationship with different providers (tax, service apartments, relocation, …)
  • International Mobility processes management & reporting

About the team and the role

To complement our team of index structuring and business development experts and to strengthen our processes and governance structure, we are looking for a driven individual to take the lead on the Index Rules, regulation, and governance procedures.

The Euronext Index Team consists of 13 team members in 2 European countries, who collaborate closely together to further strengthen Euronext’s position as international leading index provider. The position of the Index Analyst is stationed at Euronext Amsterdam.

Within the Communications and IR department, the Content marketing apprentice will support the  Content team in implementing and rolling-out the Content and brand strategy. She/ He will also support the team in developing and delivering highly visible external marketing and communication materials for corporate and business activities. 

Assignment

  • The Content marketing & brand apprentice will work in the following activities:

  • Help in the design of brand campaigns that articulate Euronext’s value proposition and educate stakeholders

  • Assist in the development and launch of content campaigns (print and digital): develop different types of content (videos, infographics, brochures, etc.) and liaise with our design agency

  • Craft messaging around corporate and business activities to gain maximum exposure

  • Help optimise web content / SEO and Google Analytics. Work with the Digital and Content teams to understand content objectives and best practices

  • Help in the design of brand guidelines language, ensuring the company follows our values in all content

Skills Required

  • Bac +4/5 –  Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Economics Schools, or University

  • Innovative thinker with strong ability to develop content in various creative formats in a B2B industry.

  • Ability to think creatively against a backdrop of data and insight

  • Excellent writing skills in French. Fluent in English (native would be a plus) Excellent communication and organisation skills

  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing / Communication

  • Team-spirit

  • Autonomous and pro-active in suggesting new ideas

  • Dynamic, rigorous, curious and quick to react

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office  Knowledge of Drupal would be a plus

Key accountabilities
• Contribute to managing the lifecycle of IT process (Change, Problem, Capacity…) and assist operational teams in resource planning
• Analyze and resolve IT related issues and queries with the business
• Ensure the necessary supporting documentation report on IT process is accurate and meets the required standards in a consistent, professional and measurable manner
• Create customer reports and perform analysis and regular KPIs
• Advise teams on missing or required information needed to assess the production of internal IT process
• Provide technical support to internal and external users of IT applications and hardware.
• Liaise with senior staff to advise projects of existing demands on the live production services
• Work with customers to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) levels are maintained
• Answer performance and capacity issues that affect the live production environment

Your profile
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge in either capacity planning, IT problem solving, IT change
• Preferably hold ITIL certification
• Possible Linux, data warehouse (Unix, Oracle) and scripting experience
• Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities
