Role Summary

Reporting to the HR Director for France, this HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is central to the success of delivering on our operational excellence objectives and to ensure we can contribute to empower our people to grow, perform and innovate.

In a context of matrix organization and in close connection with other departments, the HRBP is responsible functionally for the Corporate Services department (+130 employees, +10 countries in Europe) and locally for the staff located in Paris in the Primary Markets & Corporate Services function (+ 20 employees in France, mainly Paris, and in EuronextTechHub countries).

The HRBP is the referent for its scope for all matters related to Human Resources.

- The Corporate Services function is at the heart of the diversification of the activities of the Euronext group, having designed, developed and now supporting the continuous development of the portfolio of innovative solutions and tailor-made advisory services to support the listed companies’ journey on the capital markets. As such, the HRBP positions him- or herself as a strong Business Partner with the top management by working closely on strategic topics: organizational design, change management to continue the integration into Euronext culture, critical talent acquisition & development challenges, Compensation & Benefits policies, collective and individual topics.

- Being in charge locally for Primary markets teams, the HRBP is supporting the HRD function in delivering the strategy for this historical activity within the group and to act as the local HR Business partner for the teams and managers.

Key accountabilities

The HR Business Partner will notably ensure the below missions:

  • Work in close coordination with the Group Head of Corporate Services and his management team based in various Euronext locations
  • Deploy, provide support and advice on all global HR processes in their global implementation: performance evaluation, career development, compensation, training, culture and team engagement
  • Be in charge of HR Integration projects (post-acquisitions) within his/her scope (eg: participate and coordinate HR processes integration, succession plan management..)
  • Work in close collaboration with the global HR team (HR local, HR function): Payroll and HR Services, Group Talent Development and Talent Acquisition, Group C&B, HR Projects - and with the network of local HR teams.

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Europe’s fastest growing board portal solution and to build on the success of iBabs.

The sales manager will be responsible for continuing exceptional sales growth in this market through customer referrals, our lead generation call and online solutions, tenders and self-generated leads.

Working with the iBabs Head of Sales & Marketing and sales team, the Sales Manager is responsible for :

  • Selling iBabs in Italy

  • Defining and building a sales strategy across both listed and non-listed organizations, business development, lead generation, marketing, customer success, sales

  • Working with the Euronext Corporate Services team as well as external providers

  • Building revenue by acquiring new and existing clients: pitch qualified prospects and close deals

Profile and Skills

We are looking at the following profile:

  • Excellent selling and negotiating skills and experience 

  • Excellent technical knowledge and ability to interpret technical language for non-technical people

  • A keen interest in IT and technology 

  • IT sales / B2B experience 

  • Strong initiative to self generate leads,  proactive mindset and out-of-the-box thinking

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • The ability to write tenders and proposals

  • The capacity to work well on your own or in a team

  • Able to work in an autonomous and organized manner

  • Result and sales-driven

  • Native in Italian. Fluency in English is a must, and professional capacity in another language is a plus

Key accountabilities


• Responsible for carrying out the webinars/webcasts for international clients
• Guide clients through the entire operational (production) and logistics process in relation to a webinar/broadcast
• Advise clients on the organisation and set-up of the webinars/webcasts and aim for a high standard of quality
• On the day of event, perform the webcast on-site and coordinate with AV suppliers
• Coordinate local (for example audio-visual) suppliers and technical teams involved in the event (1-6 people)
• Develop specific, sector-oriented knowledge
• Identify needs and market developments and analyse the webinars
• Responsible for good internal and external communication
• Responsible for meticulous record-keeping and reporting
• Responsible for a successful event on-site or in the studio

• Experienced in project management in a corporate environment
• Adaptable and able to maintain a good project overview

Role Summary


For the Italian market, ComplyLog is looking for a Sales Manager for supporting new strategic business opportunities and initiatives with new and existing clients in Italy. He/she will develop the client portfolio and build revenue by acquiring new clients. He/she will oversee market analysis, monitor competitive activity, and identify business development targets.

• Identify and execute new growth opportunities by acquiring new clients and closing deals.
