Euronext, the leading stock exchange in the Eurozone, wishes to create a European initiative dedicated to guiding Family Businesses through the challenging processes of funding, transmission and independence.

By launching three initiatives, Euronext aims to:

1. Increase the visibility of family businesses among investors by providing quantitative analysis reports and creating an index dedicated to the family businesses listed on Euronext markets.
2. Enlightening family businesses on the stock market by means of FamilyShare, a unique, free and year-long training programme, enabling executives, shareholders and family members to better understand the capital markets.
3. Creating a network for Family Businesses, allowing them to share their experience and advice.
