Within House of HR, Ms Coppens also founded the JobRoad Foundation, focusing on finding a job for people with a longer distance to the labour market, in this way advocating that work is a means to integration in society.

Ms Coppens started in 2016 as independent director at House of HR, where she held the position of chair of the audit committee. She was also active as Board member and member of the audit committee in Realdolmen, until it was acquired by GfI Group (currently Inetum).
