Role

Thanks to our rapid growth within the French market, we are currently looking for a Project Manager France to strengthen our French Team.

As Project Manager :

  • You are responsible for carrying out the webinars/webcasts for our (international) clients. These broadcasts usually take place on location in France (Paris area).
  • You guide clients through the entire operational (production) and logistics process in relation to a webinar/broadcast.
  • You advise clients on the organisation and set-up of the webinars/webcasts and aim for a high standard of quality in doing so.
  • On the day of event, you also perform the webcast on-site and coordinate with AV suppliers.
  • You direct local (for example audio-visual) suppliers and technical crew on location (1-6 people).
  • You develop specific, sector-oriented knowledge.
  • You identify needs and market developments and analyze the webinars.

The Ideal Candidate

Profile

This position requires a good command of French and English. You must also have an knowledge of IT/AV.

Desired skills

  • Educated to at least the higher professional level (Bachelor). A degree in the area of Communication and/or AV is preferred

Job Description

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for designing a comprehensive and progressive customer success roadmap across the different products and countries of Euronext Corporate Services, leveraging on the existing tools, processes and resources as well as introducing further scale and consistence in the organisation.

He/she will also be part of Euronext Corporate Services of one of the few transversal role across the entire suite of services. His/her key responsibilities will include:

Role Summary

As the Head of Retail, Cash Equity , you will be primarily focusing on financial instruments that are traded by retail investors and will manage a natural cluster of customers and products, drawing on the deep traditional retail and market making expertise. Key Accountabilities

The Euronext Market Services (EMS) department is the first point of contact for all Euronext members and supports all of Euronext’s products and services, including Information Services and Market Solutions. EMS is responsible for ensuring the fair and orderly trading on the exchange (i.e. Cash, Derivatives and Commodities) by preventing and detecting  behaviours that could potentially result in distortion of trading and pricing.
EMS is supported by an Integrated Team across two locations (Amsterdam & Paris), who are cross-trained across Cash & Derivatives to monitor and react on alerts on any product/market within EMS and to manage operational requests from members or ISV's regarding business operations and/or customer incidents (technical level 0/1). 

The Membership & Customer Connectivity Officer provides support to internal and external customers by granting market authorization and issuing customer access for the exchange environment of the Cash and Derivatives European markets.


 Customer Support • Provides first class support for market authorizations and member access to the Exchange • Answer questions, advise and give support to members on their technical infrastructure needs and projects • Supports issue management on member verifications and requests and other internal departments / partners e.g. Software Vendors, Application Service Providers and Post Traders • Work closely with other EMS colleagues and broader EMS functions to support changes such as go-live, extension, suspensions and ceasing accounts • Support accurate and on-time all internal and external verifications/requests/issues (calls, emails, e-portal or Service Now ticket) and update new authorizations when needed
 
Market Authorizations and Access Management • Configure and administrate member and vendor access ensuring business continuity and access across all platforms (provide Secure ID, IP addresses, etc). • Administration and execution agent for all client authorizations and registrations across all markets/platforms and environments to both members and vendors • Reports that all market authorization tools/systems are up and running • Update and maintain the client database

Experience • First experience in customer service or project management would be a plus

Rejoignez l'équipe RH France pour une mission en alternance sur la paie et le contrôle social.

Vous serez amené(e), selon l’actualité, à participer au support de l’équipe paie des Ressources Humaines sur des  sujets transversaux liés à paie ainsi qu’au contrôle social.

Cette mission vous offrira l'opportunité d'intégrer un environnement international dynamique au sein d’une équipe  à taille humaine et de développer des compétences opérationnelles en tant que gestionnaire de paie.


Vos missions principales
 

Au sein de l’équipe Ressources Humaines France, l’alternant interviendra principalement sur les missions suivantes (liste indicative et non exhaustive) :

  • Paie

- Vous serez amené(e) à seconder la Responsable Paie sur l’ensemble des aspects de la paie mensuelle.

- Vous interviendrez auprès de plus de 300 collaborateurs dans un environnement aux enjeux diversifiés aussi bien en termes de conventions collectives que de contrats.

- Vous prendrez part aux différents projets du département paie, dans le cadre de l’évolution des outils type Workday ( HRIS) , Protime ( gestion des temps) , interfaces avec les systèmes de paye , gestion d’un offre fort entreprise  et partiicperez à la refonte des process  administratifs et paye.

  • Contrôle social

- Vous participerez activement à la creation & la production de reporting pour les négociations et enquêtes annuelles et les préparations des différentes réunions avec les instances représentatives du personnel

  • Veille juridique et sociale

En collaboration avec le service RH, vous serez amené(e) à réaliser une veille juridique proactive afin de pouvoir appréhender les différents éléments légaux pouvant influencer les constituants de la paie.



Profil recherché, compétences et connaissances requises

Formation supérieure bac+4/5 en Ressources Humaines ou Comptabilité, avec une spécialisation en paie/contrôle social :

  • Excellente maitrise d’Excel
  • Appétence pour les chiffres et pour la gestion des systèmes d’information
  • Rigueur, sens du détail et capacité d’analyse
  • Aisance relationnelle
  • Autonome et dynamique, vous appréciez le travail en équipe
  • Proactif et curieux
  • Bon niveau d’anglais
