Company Webcast

Company Webcast provides high-end webcast and webinar solutions to more than 400 corporates and local governments, through a state-of-the-art platform.

For the German market, Company Webcast is looking for an Account Executive to run our sales activities, based in Munich. You will primarily focus on sales of webcasting services to the German companies & organisations and develop revenues with new/existing clients at management level.

Key Accountabilities

  • Revenue management:

Euronext operates an investment funds listing and trading business across 3 European markets in Paris, Amsterdam and Dublin. Euronext currently provides an open-ended fund NAV trading service through Amsterdam. The focus of this role is to manage existing client relationships for the listing and trading business in Dublin and Amsterdam and to assist with new business development of existing services. The role will also involve the development of new services ( e.g. distribution and post trade)  for investment funds within the Euronext group as it expands its reach across Europe.

Euronext seeks to recruit a business development manager to develop and manage the Euronext investment funds business with particular focus on the markets operated in Ireland and Amsterdam. The role, based in Dublin, reports to the Head of Investment Funds, who manages the P&L for these product lines with a team based in Dublin, Paris and London. DevFactory Trading department aggregates all development done at Euronext for our trading services and is based in Porto and Paris.

Job Summary

The Software Developer - Java, C and C++ will work on a daily basis with other Developers, QA Analysts, Business Analysts and Project Managers.

The Information Security Team Department, at Euronext, aims to preserve the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information by applying a risk management process.

The Application Support – Trainee will participate in projects related to applications production and ensure “operability”. Taking this into account this Trainee will support the senior team in the:

-   Definition, prioritization and validation of technical user stories to operate applications;

-   Management the run and availability from QA to Production: operate, implement monitoring, interface with agile teams;

-   Organization and realization of technical tests;

-   Broadcast good practices internally and externally and capitalize from projects experience.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to think quickly and respond appropriately to alerts/issues.

Key Accountabilities

-    Provide support for the tools and automation infrastructure (used by all IT: development, QA and Ops teams);
-    Learn how to build new packages needed for productivity and automation;
-    Work closely with the development, QA and Ops teams to implement changes and resolve issues;
-    Adhere to operational best practices;
-    Interact with stakeholders (Agile and Ops teams) regarding status of project deliverables, problem resolution, and root cause analysis of issues.
 

Profile and Skills

Essential
-    Degree, CET or equivalent in a computer related subject;
-    Academic knowledge in: Linux Systems; Python and Shell scripting;
-    Fluency in English. 

Desirable
-    Knowledge of financial markets;
-    Knowledge of Equities and Derivatives financial instruments (e.g. Futures, Options/Warrants); 
-    Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes.  Scripting language (Shell/Perl/PHP/Python).

Job Description Summary

The Continual Service Improvement Analyst - Trainee is responsible for the ongoing service improvement activities within the ICT service delivery lifecycle and looks for opportunities to improve the performance of services to deliver enhanced value to the business. 

The selected candidate will be part of a team based in Porto covering all market operational hours (shift system in a 24/7 operation), and will work in a high-tech learning environment with colleagues across all Euronext locations. 

He/She will act as an ITIL expert in the analysis and development of existing processes, procedures and methods to promote effective business and systems operations through standardization, improvement, simplification and discontinuance, and will establish and maintain strong and productive relationships with key stakeholders ensuring that the service requirements of the business are understood and are incorporated into a framework of continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities

-    Drives the continual improvement of ITIL processes by analyzing process performance data and measures, comparing process performance against performance targets, reporting process performance information, and recommending changes to processes, performance measures and/or targets to maximize process performance;
-    Identifies and utilizes effective benchmarks to provide references against which Service management process performance can be effectively measured and evaluated;
-    Evaluates processes to identify desired outcomes and process performance drivers;
-    Performs detailed analysis of processes and identifies key measures of process performance for base lining and attainment of desired outcomes;
-    Develops and documents CSI processes and procedures;
-    Provides support and guidance to the technical teams as they implement service management policies.
-    Understands advanced concepts and navigates the relationships between Processes, Process requirements, and business/IT management needs that are moderate to complex in nature which may span across multiple ITSM Processes;
-    Maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) and job aids ensuring they are current and easily accessible.
