We were excited to join TechShare because we are part of an exciting programme with some great peer companies that are very inspiring.

It gave us an opportunity to meet experts from other industries, to share best practices and also to look forward to the future and the potential of going public one day.  

The TechShare programme helped me to really get all the knowledge in place when I will be ready to go public.

It is a very good way to get to know how you can prepare towards an IPO.

The key takeaways from this programme is that you get a lot of experiences from experts that can be useful in your process of going public on Euronext.

As a biotech company we need a lot of economic resources so the best thing to do is to go public and generate milestones that we hope are going to be positive.

This is a very interesting programme that opens the doors of financial markets. I particularly note that all types of companies can go public as soon as they feel ready.

The techShare programme has provided us with a set of decisive information (business, finance, governance, globalization, ...) that has enabled us to structure ourselves, making us stronger to face our challenges. Our desire is to carry our growth while ensuring the sustainability of the company and its jobs. Given the wider economic environment in which we operate, we believe that in order to implement these two major projects (growth and sustainability), we need to find financial support solutions beyond the scope than the traditional banking circuit.

I recommend this programme, which has provided us with precise information on the timing and, above all, the roles and actors involved in the IPO process.  Regardless of how we will continue to finance the growth of our company, this programme has given us some guidance in establishing our development plan. In addition, the mentoring by the communication, corporate law and investment banking advisors has been excellent. The founder stories of listed companies was very appreciable, as well as the availability and competence of all the partners.

TechShare is a high value program, with an understandable bias, which offered me the opportunity to efficiently grasp beyond typical knowledge the dimensions, including the pros and cons, of an IPO. The engagement of the partners of the program as well as their availability outside of it allowed me to specifically discuss GreenWaves’ own equation. The program helped me revisit why and when an IPO could be on our roadmap.
