First step on the road to a long career
In this student job, you will quickly find that you become an important part of the company and that your colleagues depend on you and your tasks to be solved. You will be part of a department where you will solve tasks for the departments two teams. You will get to know our systems thoroughly through various administrative and various ad-hoc tasks.
 

If you are initiative and proactive, you will also have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and more tasks in time.

Your tasks will include:

  • Handling agreements

  • Maintaining customer data

  • Form extracts in various systems

  • To process and present data in Excel and PowerPoint, for example. with the use of graphs

  • Send notices of general meeting

  • Scanning and archiving


Who are you?

Ideally, we would like you to be on your first or second year of a bachelor's degree, but in the big picture we place more emphasis on your personality than on your academic background. As a colleague, you have the courage to take on a great responsibility in the company, and you thrive in working independently and structured. You value good teamwork and are also driven by a steep learning curve. Therefore it is important to us that you thrive with administrative tasks, and aren’t afraid to make an extra effort when needed. We would like you to be an experienced user of Excel and have a flair for learning new systems. In addition, you are sharp in communicating in both written and oral English.
 

What do we offer? 
You will be part of a professionally strong and dedicated team that pulls together and help each other.   • Approx. 15 hours a week – we are very flexible in relation to your studies.

Who are we?

With us, you will be part of approx. 150 employees based in Christianshavn, in nice newly renovated premises. Euronext Securities Copenhagen is the only one of its kind in Denmark, and you will therefore have a unique opportunity to gain insight into and support the good customer experience when Danish companies, among other things, make acquisitions or when securities change hands.

In connection with your work in the department, you will also gain insight into financial infrastructure and the financial sector in general.

Hvem er du?

Vi ser gerne at du læser en bachelor på første eller andet år, men i det store billede lægger vi større vægt på din personlighed end på din faglige baggrund. Som kollega har du mod på at påtage et stort ansvar i virksomheden, og du trives med at arbejde selvstændigt og struktureret. Du værdsætter det gode kollegaskab og er desuden indstillet på en stejl læringskurve. Det er derfor vigtigt for os at du drives af og trives med administrative opgaver, og ikke er bleg for at yde en ekstra indsats, når behovet er der. Vi håber du ser en ansættelse hos os, som starten på en karriere og en mulighed for at samle erfaring til dit CV. Vi ser gerne at du er en erfaren bruger af Excel og har flair for at lære nye systemer. Derudover er du skarp i formidling af skriftlig og mundtlig engelsk.
