Key accountabilities

  • Proactively contribute to the development of Nord Pool’s legal framework and policies in relation to regulatory and legal matters (general business law contract law, corporate law, Intellectual property law, competition law, law related to guarantees and other collateral documents).

The successful candidate will be part of Euronext Group Portfolio Management Office (GPMO). He/she will focus particularly but not exclusively on:

  • Organizing and participating to interactive meetings and training sessions online for the entire Euronext Project Manager Community;

We are looking for our new Data Analyst Apprentice in the Statistics and Analytics team. This position is based in Paris. With the other Data Analysts of the team, you will work on deriving insights from Euronext vast pool of historical market data and other data sources to support data driven decision of the business and sales teams, as well as operations and communication teams.

You will contribute to the evolution of the technics and tools put in place to answer the expectations for data self-service and will be responsible for actively engaging in the initiative to implement optimal analysis contents that are relevant to internal and external stakeholders. As part of the business team owning this historical data database, you will also contribute as a data expert to the definition and evolution of this database in relation with other business teams.

Your role

  • Work in close collaboration with our internal clients and other team members to deliver valuable insights from the available market data in the form of statistics, analysis, or more advanced studies.

THE TEAM

The European expansion of our Advisory & IR Solutions business is a strategic pillar for the coming years. While serving clients in France, Belgium and other European markets, the Shareholder Analysis team is committed to meeting clients' needs beyond, supporting their IR strategies and providing the best tools for successful investor engagement. Our team also accompanies the European implementation of the Shareholder Rights Directive II (SRD II), which is set to unlock business potential across the European Economic Area. The data collected will be clearer and standardized across all geographical areas, enabling greater transparency and shareholder engagement.

JOB SUMMARY

The Shareholder Analysis team provides market intelligence and advice to listed companies subscribing to shareholder identification services. Be part of a dynamic entrepreneurial team with wide range of experiences. Build deep relationships with corporate issuers to understand their Investor Relations needs and to provide solutions using full range of Euronext Advisory & IR Solutions services. Work with Analysts to build reports analysing ownership of client shares by institutional investors.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

As Analyst Shareholder Analysis, you will:

  • Produce Shareholder Analysis Reports (SHAN) & help build client relationships in France, Belgium, Norway, the Netherlands, Italy etc.
  • Understand the role of an Investor Relations Officer and how Shareholder Analysis services the IR function

Key Accountabilities

You will complete a broad variety of tasks as part of the programme management office leading a transformational multi-year programme spanning all four Euronext Securities locations (Copenhagen, Milan, Oslo, Porto).
