The ESG Advisory Associate will be part of the Advisory & IR Solutions team at Corporate Services, which mission consists in supporting listed companies in making the most of their relationships with capital markets.

Under the supervision of the ESG Manager, you will be in charge of addressing the growing needs of listing companies for meeting their sustainable requirements in capital markets:

Ensure a strong cooperation and alignment across Advisory and IR Solutions’ team

When relevant, be an active leader representing the ESG advisory on all Euronext’s places

When relevant, animate a network of business partners in order to propose a relevant offer to Clients

We are looking for ESG Advisory Associate to join our dynamic ESG Advisory team assisting Euronext issuers in implementation of the CSRD regulation. The ideal candidate has 3-5yrs of experience in CSR/ESG consulting or extra-financial reporting role within a large European company with hands-on experience in:

Sustainability expertise required:

• Familiarity with CSRD
• Double materiality assessment
• CSR Reporting (including CSRD)
• Project management

Within the Integration team, the objective is to ensure the validation of the functionalities from an end-to-end perspective.

The QA E2E Analyst is accountable, on 1 or n projects, for the end-to-end test plan coverage, from the design to its execution and automation.

The QA E2E Analyst must ensure the definition, the implementation of the automation strategy.

He will also have the responsibility of the regression for 1 or n applications, it includes the maintenance and the enrichment of the regression, and the improvement in term of automation.

• Definition, implement and monitor the integration test plan for a project.
• Monitor and manage risks associated to the integration test plan and contribute to the risk’s identification (Projects, product)

About Company Webcast

Company Webcast is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Webcast Engineer who wants to join our team. Company Webcast, based in Capelle aan den IJssel, provides high-end webcast and webinar solutions to more than 700 corporates and local governments, through a state-of-the-art platform using the most advanced technology. We offer flexible and tailor-made formats, depending on the customers’ needs, i.e. video or audio webcasts on location, conference call webcasts, highly interactive professional studio webcasts and self-service webinar licences. Since February 2017, Company Webcast is part of the Euronext group and operates studios in Capelle aan den IJssel, Amsterdam, Brussel, Paris, London, Milan and Frankfurt. As a successful Webcast Engineer, you will play an essential role in Company Webcast as you will have a direct impact on the success of our customers’ webinars and webcasts. For many of our customers, the webinar world is new and you will be the one who helps them through all the processes and makes them feel at ease.

About the role

As a Webcast Technician you deliver an event from a technology perspective in one of our studios or on site at one of our customers. As Webcast Technician you will play an essential role in Company Webcast as the person will have a direct impact on the success of customers’ webinars and webcasts.

Your key accountabilities

• Carry out successful customer events in one of our studios, or on site (webinars/webcasts)
• You will coordinate webcast production, which includes managing various aspects of the event such as scheduling, technical setup, and content integration.
• When technical issues arise during a webcast, you’ll troubleshoot streaming audio and video problems. Your ability to diagnose and resolve issues promptly is essential.
• Coordinate local suppliers and technical teams involved in the solution
• Depending on the project, responsible for the successful deployment of solutions for a broad range range of organisations (private and public, large and small)
• Install and configure encoders at our customers
• Identify needs and market developments
• Responsible for good internal and external communication

Your profile

• 3 years of working experience with streaming video/online video, audio-visual industry, TV broadcast or video conferencing
• Strong working knowledge and experience with equipment such as Newtek Tricaster Elite versions 1 & 2 in Chroma key studio settings.
• Knowledge of encoders and installation / configuration.
• Work experience in the area of project and resource planning.

Company Webcast (a Euronext Company) is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Executive for the NL market who wants to join our team.

Summary of the role

We are looking for an Account Executive willing to commute between Capelle aan den IJssel and Amsterdam, with a strong network in the Investor Relations field. You will advise our clients on meeting their communication objectives through the use of our services. Company Webcast has focused its sales activities on four core scenarios, namely Stakeholder Communication (Investor Relations), Internal Communication and Marketing Communication.

Your tasks

• Revenue management

Responsibility for developing and maintaining revenues (including on a recurring basis) with existing and new clients by leveraging on the value proposition of each SaaS product.

• Relationship management

Making tactical and strategic contacts at management level (including heads of Investor Relations, Marketing & Communication, Sales & Purchase departments) through client networks and other channels.

• Product & market development

Building specific, sector-oriented knowledge for the various formats. Identifying market developments and translating these into sales activities (outbound).

• Client success

Motivating clients on the basis of client requirements and objectives to use webcasting strategically and ensuring optimum internal communication to deliver success for the client. Identify cross-selling possibilities

• Administration

Drafting, following up quotations and managing contracts. You will also be responsible for completing the invoicing of your territory portfolio. You will ensure good internal and external communication to optimise service quality.

• Integrated and comprehensive value proposition

Interacting with internal Euronext and Company Webcast stakeholders and ensuring webcast value proposition is fully integrated with Corporate Services. The key accountabilities only describe the main activities and are not exhaustive. It evolves depending on the expertise level and ongoing projects.

Your profile

Knowledge and experience of sales and account management in a corporate environment, excellent communication skills and experience as a contact at management level are the main attributes we are looking for. Experience in managing and driving the business for a specific region/territory.

But the following requirements are also very important:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience
• Strong network within the financial market and investor relations, as is an affinity with such corporate events such as CMDs, AGMs etc.
• Affinity with webcast, webinar and/or conference call communication is an advantage
• Preferably experience with B2B and short sales cycles, experience in IT sales
• Demonstrable outstanding commercial skills and experience, results oriented and client-focus mindset
• Excellent communication, presentation, selling and negotiating skills
• Strong ability to self-generate leads, proactive mindset and out-of-the-box thinking

Within the Operational Risk & BCM Team, with team members working from different sites (Paris, Dublin, Oslo, Copenhagen, Milan, Rome, New York…), the apprentice, under the responsibility of a Risk Manager in the team, will be located in Paris, starting from September.

The apprentice will assist the team mainly in

• Support risk managers in the regular risk management activities within Operational Risk & BCM team scope (perform detailed risk analysis, participate to risk review meetings with businesses and transversal program teams),

• Perform third party risk assessment (in relation with incoming Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on Digital Operational Resilience – DORA Regulation),

• Perform risk assessment and consolidate of the disaster recovery plans and tests,

• Support team in the “Business Impact Analysis” campaign,

• Monitor KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators),

• Provide user support and administration of risk management tools and systems,

• Engage in defining the Risk & BCM Awareness strategy and execute the related initiatives,

• Prepare management committees (on operational risk, program in team, BCM….),

• Suggest synergies within other departments of second line of Defense (Internal Control, Compliance)

• Other missions could be proposed depending the needs and external risk environment.

In doing so, the apprentice will interact with various stakeholders from business and IT teams, risk owners, risk coordinators and other risk managers.

• Intervenir auprès de plus de 400 collaborateurs dans un environnement aux enjeux diversifiés aussi bien en termes de conventions collectives que de contrats.

• Répondre aux demandes des collaborateurs et traiter les informations sur les salariés : absence, maladie, congés évènement familiaux, titre de transports…)

• Participation aux différents projets du département paie, interfaces avec le système de paye, gestion d’un coffre-fort entreprise.

• Participation au suivi de la Gestion des Temps et des Activités (GTA) (outil protime)

• Création des comptes Protime (gestion des temps), procédures évolutives liées aux collaborateurs sur Workday.

• Venir en support à la gestion administrative du personnel en cas de pique d’activité / besoin.

Profil recherché

Internal digital channels and collaborative tools

• Actively monitor and contribute to the company intranet, including liaising with content contributors, providing training, editing, quality control and generating monthly analytics

• Support content contributors and intranet administrators from across the organisation

• Support the promotion of Microsoft 365 collaborative tools (promote and educate staff on the use of the company intranet (SharePoint), Teams, Yammer, etc.)

• Actively monitor and contribute to Yammer (company social network), mobilise contributors from other departments and help new users

Editorial and Corporate Communications 

• Responsible for identifying, writing/editing and publishing articles and other content

• Responsible for writing and sending employee communications, as well as editing/proofreading documents in English

• Assist with internal events and campaigns linked to company’s strategic plan

Management of automatic and semi-automatic procedures to support Monitoring, Post-trading and Membership activities including:

• Monitoring of Market Making activities with the updating of lists of Stocks and Market Operators necessary for the timely calculation of their own performances;
• Write technical documentation;
• Maintenance of the WEB front-end pages of the Clients and of the internal Management for the consultation and printing of performance indicators both in terms of volume and price;
• Analysis of market data and generation of reports distributed periodically to Management, Sales and Customers.
• Setup and Maintenance of Provider's Market Control and Market Abuse software. Installation in production, test and maintenance environments;
• Setup and management of network devices such as PCs and WIFI accessing with Laptop / Tablet and Smartphone;
• Definition, control and updating of the lists of reference Securities (Benchmarks) used for the construction of market indicators shared with the various Markets and Management;
• Periodic control of the Lists of Market Participants against the Lists of Individuals or Companies suspected of Terrorism in the world (Legislative Decree 109/2007);
• Work with development teams and product managers to implement software solutions;

C’est l’opportunité pour vous d’intégrer une équipe motivée et dynamique dans un environnement international, afin de développer des compétences généralistes et opérationnelles en gestion des ressources humaines.

Au sein de l’équipe Ressources Humaines France, l’alternant(e) RH interviendra principalement sur les missions suivantes :

Missions relatives à l’administration du personnel :

• Gérer la gestion administrative des nouveaux arrivants pour Euronext France (déclaration DPAE, affiliation mutuelle et santé, attestation employeur, outils de gestion administratif)

• Organisation et suivi des visites médicales d’embauche, de reprise des collaborateurs

• Répondre aux demandes administratives des collaborateurs (médaille du travail etc)

• Aide à la gestion des mobilités nationales et internationales

• Effectuer les demandes de prise en charges des formations apprentissage/professionnalisation (OPCO)

• Gestion administrative de la communauté V.I.E

Gestion du processus de recrutement tout en garantissant une expérience candidat positive :

• Accompagner les managers dans leurs recrutements de stagiaires et alternants au sein de tous les départements IT, Opérations et Digital en France.

• Diffuser et gérer les offres de stages et/ou alternants via tous les canaux de recrutements (site carrières, jobboards, forums…).

• Sélectionner les candidatures en adéquation avec la recherche et effectuer la pré qualification téléphonique.

• Procéder à l’intégration administrative des futurs stagiaires et/ou alternants à l’issue de l’étape de recrutement.

Animation de la communauté early careers France toute en développant la marque employeur :

En lien avec l'apprenti(e) chargé(e) du recrutement des métiers « Finance » 

• Contribuer à une intégration efficace des nouveaux stagiaires/apprentis au sein de la population des early careers en organisant leur intégration RH, des présentations métiers et équipes, des visites de nos locaux …

• Être le Référent RH de cette communauté dans tous les aspects lors de leur vie professionnelle au sein d’Euronext en lien avec la DRH et l’équipe de HRBP France.

• Contribuer au déploiement de la marque employeur et gérer les relations écoles.

Profil recherché

Tu es à la recherche d’une alternance dans un environnement innovant et curieux(se) d’en apprendre plus sur le marché financier. 

En formation supérieure bac+4/5 en ressources humaines tu aimes le contact et échanger. Tu es reconnu(e) pour ton organisation, sens du détail et ta rigueur.

Faisant preuve d’autonomie, tu fais preuve d’initiative dans les missions qui te sont confiées.

Ta maitrise du pack office est avancée ainsi que ton aisance en anglais, ta présence constituera un atout chez Euronext !
