Job Description

Working together with the Director of Business Development and the Associate of Business Development, the intern will be involved on a large variety of topics, mainly covering sales, marketing and corporate development (M&A and Organic Growth). He/she will:

  • Contribute to the design and set-up of a comprehensive lead generation strategy across the different products and countries

DEV Factory

The DEV Factory is the IT department owning the development roadmap of the multiple products existing in the Euronext Information System. The Products teams manage execution backlogs and deliver software validated on stand-alone or pre-integration platform.

Solution Design & Integration team

The V.I.E Analyst Listing will be involved in the support and development of the Tech Hub initiative and the Tech Franchise of Euronext (TechShare, Tech 40 etc.) and will launch and monitor projects aimed at supporting the commercial efforts.


The V.I.E Analyst Listing will be in charge of following the evolution of the Tech ecosystem in the Euronext countries and will be involved in the preparation of periodic reports on the Tech sector market activity from a listing perspective. He/She will also assist the person in charge of the P&L of the initiative and ensure a regular reporting on the initiative.

The V.I.E Analyst Listing will support sales representatives in their implantation in the local ecosystem by developing partnerships with market stakeholders.

Consequently, his/her practice areas will range from Tech sector analysis and global ECM benchmarks to project management and external relations. Being based in different places during its V.I.E contract, the  V.I.E Analyst Listing will ensure the coherence of the commercial approach while helping to adapt the commercial offer to the local ecosystems.


More generally, the V.I.E Analyst Listing will assist the Listing team in the roll-out of Tech initiatives and will be highly involved in the activities of the Department.

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO of Euronext Lisbon/Interbolsa, the Business Operations Officer provides executive support in a one-o-one working relationship.

The Business Operations Officer:

  • provides executive, administrative, and development support to the CEO and the Board of Euronext, handling the day to day general office management.
  • serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external providers on all matters pertaining to the CEO and the Board of Euronext Lisbon. 

Key Accountabilities

The main responsibilities of the  Business Operations Officer (BOO) will be:

  • Working under the direct supervision of the CEO, the Business Operations Officer will follow and collaborate in a variety of projects and initiatives related to the activity and development of the company
  • The Business Operations Officer will collaborate in the organization of some local promotional events and initiatives, and provide support for the CEO and Board members on presentations and support information

Euronext search for young talents ready to seize the opportunity to develop and to evolve it’s IT Service Management platform based on Service-Now solution. Service-Now is one of the key players in low code platform, using a model-driven execution platform approach, where users/developers use visual application creation environment to drive the development activities.

The Development Analyst – Trainee will be in charge of the projects to be developed in Service-now ecosystem, including integrations with third party applications also cloud based.

Currently the portfolio of available projects based in Service-Now are:

  • Cloud integration, to collect and monitor AWS components  to be used across support and engineering teams;
  • Asset management implementation, to control and manage the hardware inventory and configuration, as well as the software license compliancy & cost;
  • Governance and Risk Compliancy implementation, to support Risk and Audit process;

Event & automation management implementation, including Nagios event collection and other monitoring tools.

Key Accountabilities

The key accountabilities of this role are:

  • Plan the projects to be implemented;
  • Drive the projects, ensuring that the requirements are aligned with the development and the delivery;

Utilizes best practices for development, conducts thorough testing, analysis, and certification of changes to ServiceNow. Ensures all assigned project tasks required for the implementation of ServiceNow are completed on schedule.
