EnterNext: launching initiatives to boost Euronext’s Tech sector

European companies have demonstrated high growth recently and many now need capital to grow to the next stage. Going public is a great tool for raising capital to finance growth. Euronext is committed to facilitating access to capital, and through our subsidiary EnterNext, dedicated to SMEs, we are seeing a growing number of innovative Tech companies list on our markets with the support of the following initiatives:

Developing Equity Research on Tech companies

EnterNext is teaming up with Morningstar, a leading provider of quantitative research, to launch a research programme dedicated to growth companies in the Technology sector. It aims to increase the visibility of the 220 companies in this sector and energise the whole of the financial ecosystem by building bridges between issuers and investors. As part of the programme, a team of 10 Europe-based analysts publish Quarterly Sector Reviews, Research Reports – updated in real time – for each of the listed SME stocks in the Technology sector, and Quantitative Focus Reports, complementing the qualitative and fundamental analysis provided by brokers and independent analysts.

This analysis is distributed through the EnterNext & Euronext websites, Morningstar European websites, newsletters and media/online broker partners (Boursorama, BinckBank, BFM, Fortuneo, Les Echos etc.).

Tech 40 Label: boosting the visibility of the most successful high-growth companies

High-growth, innovative companies need additional visibility to succeed on the financial markets. EnterNext’s new Tech 40 Label highlights 40 selected Tech SMEs listed on the Euronext markets. These companies have access to tailor-made premium services including a dedicated index, specific events and roadshows.

TechShare Programme

EnterNext is currently developing a pre-IPO programme which offers coaching to high-potential Tech companies about the possibilities offered by the financial markets, over a one-year period. EnterNext will manage the programme with other active players in the financial markets, including investment banks, law firms, communications agencies and auditors, to cover the full spectrum of information needed by entrepreneurs to prepare their company for the next stage of development.
