Key Responsibilities

The candidate will support the team in the following activities:

  • Act as a guardian of the Group PM policy, lead its roll-out and ensure teams respect the policy;
  • Centralize and report on capacity based on input received from resource managers;

Key accountabilities

  • Daily global clearing and settlement operations activities with an additional focus on settlement processes in Monte Titoli, iCSDs and other connected settlement venues, and heightened responsibility for commodities-related activities.

Key accountabilities

  • Acts as an internal consultant on a broad range of technologies, platforms, and vendor offerings to drive targeted business outcomes.
  • Takes ownership of Euronext Corporate Services global application landscape, building and maintaining benchmarks, metrics, standards definitions, and reference models to ensure the landscape adheres to the transformational needs of the organization.
  • Work closely with the Product and Innovation team to identify product priorities, translate business strategy into an architectural blueprint to achieve the business objectives.
  • Define and develop the best architecture models and roadmaps of application and software components to meet business and technical requirements, driving common usability across products and domains.
  • Take a hands-on approach to complete proofs-of-concept, work with software engineers to design and engineer complex software, scripts, and tools to enable the delivery of solutions.
  • Analyses the existing application portfolio to detect critical deficiencies, legacy and technical debt, and maintain a roadmap for transformation demands.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

  • BSc (Engineering, Computer Science or related) required, MSc or above preferred.

  • Demonstrable relevant industry experience working in development and integration of large-scale solutions involving multiple technologies, functions and interfaces across in-house

    and vendor-supplied systems.

  • Deep practical knowledge of software engineering, applications and IT Infrastructure.

  • Good understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to new and evolving business

    and operating models

  • Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps.

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, resilient and secure application.

Finance Department 

Euronext’s Finance department oversees keeping the books of the company, producing the budget and forecast, being thus very close to all business lines as well as all financial indicators necessary for the effective management of the company. Finance covers Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Procurement, Investors Relations and General Services.Our Finance teams have initiated a deep transformation to boost their operational efficiency and excellence. They are a key component to ensure the success of the integration of the various Exchanges and CSDs acquired these last years.

We are looking for a new Financial controller to join our team:
The Financial controller is responsible for financial reporting, analysis and forecasting in coordination with other controlling teams in the organization to identify cost-saving measures and ensuring the sound financial functioning of the organization.

Key accountabilities
• Ensure accurate representation of Euronext business activities and presentation of the results to Business leads;
• Monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis of results and presentation to Senior Management;
• Analyses and provides financial information to recommend the appropriate action to management to meet targets;

Role Summary
The Corporate Services Manager is responsible for tailor-made advisory services He/she manages the client relationship and is accountable to the development of Euronext Corporate Services solutions. He/she manages a team and oversees a business strategy development in his/her area of expertise (pre-listing, post-listing, other corporate services).

Key accountabilities
On top of their team management responsibility, the Corporate Services Manager is specialised in one of the below activity area :

Post-listing activities:
• Market analytics, investor relations and financial communication advisory dedicated to a portfolio of listed companies
• Oversee monitoring of investors activity (company and peers)
• Lead advising executives in the management of their Investor Relations (content and timing) through market data, perception studies and audit of issuers equity-story
• Own the production of market updates and listing reports given to clients – subject to review by Manager Post-listing Specialists
• Utilize the production of sectorial analysis and statistics to provide informed advice to clients

Pre-listing activities:
• Provide advisory support to companies during their IPO process using market insight
• Lead presentations for advising the management of the company, monitoring the global process and structuring the deal
• Advise the management in choosing and managing intermediaries (lawyers, auditors, banks, ISP, financial communication agency etc.).
• Build the equity story for clients

Other Corporate Services:
• Manage the sales and insider sales teams of the various corporate services companies
• Coordinate the development of the business activity in the four main Euronext countries
• Monitor the short sales results, the business strategy
• Interact with other key stakeholders to develop the marketing strategy

We are looking for a Head of ELITE Business Development & Sales - Continental Europe. This new position will report directly to the CEO of ELITE and be part of the ELITE management team.

Amongst other projects, the Head of ELITE Business Development & Sales - Continental Europe will be accountable for the below activities:

  • Strategic commercial development for continental Europe: develop and execute an effective commercial plan to generate new business and deepen strategic relationships to increase ELITE’s footprint and rollout of new services, in coordination with Product / Marketing teams

  • Revenue management: develop and maintain revenues (including on a recurring basis) with existing and new clients by leveraging on the value proposition of product /service on Continental Europe scope

  • Relationship management: make tactical and strategic contacts at the management level through client networks and other channels

  • Build the new Sales & Relationship Management Team in Europe to ensure and drive the execution of a structured Relationship Management model, in order to ensure continuous engagement with paying members (both companies and partners)

  • Product & market development: build specific, sector-oriented knowledge for the various products. Identify market developments and translate them into sales activities (outbound)

  • Work closely with Product Teams (Product Development and Capital Services) in order to coordinate product proposition and facilitate go-to market/distribution

  • Develop the strategic partnership across the new countries (including banks, corporates Government, institutional bodies, opinion makers) to pave the way for ELITE to become one of the most relevant players in private companies support in Europe

  • Coordinate cross-selling activities and increase the Average Revenue Per User (ARPU)

Your profile

  • 5 to 8 years of experience with a track record in Sales and Business Development (ideally 10+ years’ experience as a Sales and Business Development Manager)
