Arbejdet i Investor Services

Client Manager for a Dynamic Business Area

Do you have a medium or long higher education and would you like to be a Client Manager responsible for a number of listed companies? Then here is a unique opportunity to take the next step in your career if you are motivated by a high degree of independence and responsibility in the job.

The work of Investor Services
You will be part of a team of 9 dedicated employees who support listed companies throughout the year in handling tasks related to their investor base. The tasks range from contract negotiation, telephone inquiries from shareholders to planning and execution of general meetings.

The team works with a decentralised structure, where each colleague has their own area of responsibility based on the motto that we should not all be equally good at it all. It is therefore important that you can be part of a team where solutions are found together and where we each put our specific competencies into play. Depending on your background and skills, you may become our specialist in, for example, onboarding new customers, the link to IT development or to our legal department.

You'll also be part of a team where flexibility goes both ways. February to April in particular are times when work pressure increases and you will have to put in more hours than usual. On the other hand, you can take time off at other times of the year.

Client Manager role
As a Client Manager, your most important task is to provide clients with professional and highly qualified sparring, where you make use of best practice for holding general meetings. You have an overview and the ability to work in a structured way in an everyday life with many deliveries. We do not expect you to already be an expert in our particular business area, however, it is essential that you are prepared for a steep learning curve and to familiarize yourself thoroughly with a new area, as you will be responsible for process management of general meetings from start to finish.  As part of this, you will need to have an overview of data, key figures and familiarize yourself with relevant IT systems.

Daily life is characterized by volatility and you are able to work independently at a high level and at the same time be an asset in the team. As a person, you are curious, responsible and thrive in being part of an international group that is constantly evolving and moving.

Are you interested?
If you have any questions about the position, you are welcome to contact Head of Issuer Services, Marianne Benedict on tel. +45 2969 2810 or by email MBenedict@euronext.com . We regularly call in for interviews, so please send your application today, but no later than 22 May, 2022.

We look forward to hearing from you!
