The purpose of the role is to perform the daily Issuing Agent related operations within Euronext Securities Shared Services Team and to contribute to the sustainable development of services based on client inputs and our strategy.

Responsibilities and main tasks

The purpose of the role is to perform the daily tax operations within the Euronext Securities Shared Services and to contribute to sustainable development of services and applications based on client inputs.

Key accountabilities

  Control quality of incoming Tax Reclaims and secure upload of Tax Reclaims to the Danish Tax Authority either manually or via RPA.

  Contribute to secure the tax operations, including the resolution of any instability when it occurs.

  Support local teams in responding to client inquiries regarding the use of tax reclaim services.

  Assist development teams as needed, primarily for conducting tests.

The Human Resources team offers a complete range of people services including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, compensation, employee relations, leadership, performance and talent management. The HR team within Euronext is composed by almost 40 talented HR professionals.  

We are looking for a talented and motivated intern to join the Head of Diversity and Inclusion within the HR team to support her in accelerating the actions implemented in 2024.

You will evolve within a dynamic environment, in an  international matrix organization. The HR teams are located in every locations across Europe, US and Asia. To implement our DEI roadmap we have also created in 2022 a D&I network composed by volunteers from the teams and partnering with the respective local HR teams to develop local actions to improve inclusion, attract more diverse talents...

Key Responsibilities

In order to contribute to the acceleration on DEI, your missions will notably be the following, identifed by main priority (not exhaustive list):

- Support the group awareness action to favour an inclusive and open culture

  • Contribute to build a in-house eLearning program on unconscious bias, gather content, contact provider to support Euronext in the training content design, project manage with the various stakeholders, leverage on the D&I network to test the pilot

  • Develop awareness program to prevent discrimination risks and work with all locations HR teams.

  • Bring support to local D&I champion/HR teams to propose local conferences/trainings on DEI topics (disability awareness, mental health prevention, women program,...)

  • Ensure a follow-up of the DEI related actions identified by country/business unit following the Employee Survey 2023.

  • Support the facilitation of the D&I network at group level

- Contribute to attract more diverse talent

  • Work together with the Talent team and Communication team to improve our employer branding and follow local partnership developped to attract diverse talent pool

  • Build a better monitoring of KPIs around DEI

- Potential support on the new CSR Regulation to continue to gather the needed KPIs.

- Ensure to keep an eye on the latest DEI trends to share with D&I network/HR team

Profile and skills

We are looking for the skills:

  • Master degree in HR, business school or labour law ;

  • Great communicator, strong relationship-building skills ;

  • Demonstrated writing skills

  • Ability and experience to lead projects in autonomy, including project management experience (in any domain)

  • Integrity, confidentiality and attention to details ;

  • Real team player with a passion for cultural differences ;

Within the End User Services family, this role is a key member of the Workstations & Automation Team – ensuring optimal and cost-effective IT tools.

As a key member of the team with a very strong technical background, the successful candidate is going to be act as Subject Matter Expert on the managed perimeter.

Accountabilities:

  • Define, develop and maintain EUS capabilities in conjunction and alignment with Infosec and other Technology Services functions.
  • Participate in the weekly On-Call with his team.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across all Euronext group

Job Profile

The Vulnerability Management and Technical Compliance team objectives are to detect and report all critical vulnerabilities impacting our infrastructure, ensure that all in scope IT assets are configured using an approved secured configuration and provide data driven metrics that can expedite mitigation and remediation.

Key Accountabilities

Collaborate with the team to drive improvements to our data collection processes;
Take ownership of one of our initiatives to enable/improve cloud security posture;

Wij bieden flexibele en op maat gemaakte formats aan, afhankelijk van de behoeften van de klant, d.m.v. video- audiowebcasts op locatie, conference call webcasts, studio webcasts en self-service webinar licenties. Sinds februari 2017 maakt Company Webcast deel uit van de Euronext-groep en hebben we studio’s in Capelle aan den IJssel, Amsterdam, Brussel, Parijs, Londen, Milaan en Frankfurt.

Als stagiair Webcast Technician bij Company Webcast zorg je ervoor dat alle facetten op AV gebied voor diverse evenementen in technisch opzicht vlekkeloos verloopt.

Werkzaamheden

1. Opbouwen en testen

  • Het opbouwen van AV apparatuur op diverse locaties in heel Nederland en incidenteel in het buitenland zodat we van een evenement live beeld en audio kunnen opnemen en uitzenden.
  • De locatie testen om te zien of aanwezige apparatuur en technische infrastructuur (b.v. Internet) voldoen om een live uitzending te verzorgen.

2. Hardware installatie en onderhoud

  • Je helpt bij het opbouwen van ons webcast systeem bestaande uit verschillende onderdelen, b.v. fysieke encoders, audiovisuele randapparatuur, capture cards, etc.
  • Hardware configureren en aansluiten op lokale netwerk
  • Adequaat onderhouden van apparatuur van Company Webcast op locatie en tijdens transport.
  • Onderhoud van AV en ICT in onze eigen studio's in Rotterdam, Amsterdam en Brussel.

3. Software installatie en configuratie

  • Het lokaal installeren en configureren van Encoders, gebaseerd op Microsoft werkomgeving

4. Project Management

  • Je werkt samen met verschillende partijen, zowel collega's als met technici van externe partijen (b.v. audiovisuele partners, klanten)
  • Secuur werken volgens procedures en checklists om kwaliteit te waarborgen
  • Administratie van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden

5. Studio Uitzendingen

  • Als Webcast Technician optreden tijdens live events vanuit een van onze studio’s
