The purpose of the role is to perform the daily tax operations within the Euronext Securities Shared Services and to contribute to sustainable development of services and applications based on client inputs.
Key accountabilities
• Control quality of incoming Tax Reclaims and secure upload of Tax Reclaims to the Danish Tax Authority either manually or via RPA.
• Contribute to secure the tax operations, including the resolution of any instability when it occurs.
• Support local teams in responding to client inquiries regarding the use of tax reclaim services.
• Assist development teams as needed, primarily for conducting tests.
• Contribute to automation and streamlining of internal processes.
• Conduct courses and training as needed.
Participate in dialogues with government authorities.
• Contribute to the development of tax services in line with changes and expectations in the market by providing input on improvements, changes and any instability in products and services to the relevant Product Owner and Product Manager.
• Participate in the development of future products and services in assisting development teams as needed, such as writing requirements and conducting tests.
• Secure and support the implementation of new tax products and services so as to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Authority:
• Authority to carry out operations and customer assignments in the field of expertise within current procedures and instructions.
• Escalate customer requests and errors that cannot be resolved to relevant Senior Tax Service Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Product Manager or Head of Shared Services or that are not handled according to the relevant SLA.
• Escalate issues that may cause a significant risk to the daily operations or key issues that are not prioritized within the teams to head of Shared Services and the ES-CPH Tax Service Delivery Manager.
Your profile:
• Knowledge about general domestic and foreign principles of taxation or/and accounting is a benefit
• Strong team player and strong communication skills (written/oral)

We are looking for a talented and motivated intern to join the Head of Diversity and Inclusion within the HR team to support her in accelerating the actions implemented in 2024.
You will evolve within a dynamic environment, in an international matrix organization. The HR teams are located in every locations across Europe, US and Asia. To implement our DEI roadmap we have also created in 2022 a D&I network composed by volunteers from the teams and partnering with the respective local HR teams to develop local actions to improve inclusion, attract more diverse talents...
Key Responsibilities
In order to contribute to the acceleration on DEI, your missions will notably be the following, identifed by main priority (not exhaustive list):
- Support the group awareness action to favour an inclusive and open culture
Contribute to build a in-house eLearning program on unconscious bias, gather content, contact provider to support Euronext in the training content design, project manage with the various stakeholders, leverage on the D&I network to test the pilot
Develop awareness program to prevent discrimination risks and work with all locations HR teams.
Bring support to local D&I champion/HR teams to propose local conferences/trainings on DEI topics (disability awareness, mental health prevention, women program,...)
Ensure a follow-up of the DEI related actions identified by country/business unit following the Employee Survey 2023.
Support the facilitation of the D&I network at group level
- Contribute to attract more diverse talent
Work together with the Talent team and Communication team to improve our employer branding and follow local partnership developped to attract diverse talent pool
Build a better monitoring of KPIs around DEI
- Potential support on the new CSR Regulation to continue to gather the needed KPIs.
- Ensure to keep an eye on the latest DEI trends to share with D&I network/HR team
Profile and skills
We are looking for the skills:
Master degree in HR, business school or labour law ;
Great communicator, strong relationship-building skills ;
Demonstrated writing skills
Ability and experience to lead projects in autonomy, including project management experience (in any domain)
Integrity, confidentiality and attention to details ;
Real team player with a passion for cultural differences ;
First experience in HR or consultancy HR is a plus ;
Fluency in French and English. Any other European language is a plus.
