Job Description Summary

Working in the Information Security Team, the Cyber Defense Expert will find themselves engaged in all areas of the business at Euronext. Further, the boundaries of the role extend beyond Euronext' perimeters where third parties exist and need to be engaged or responded to.

The function is heavily involved in the day to day running of the Information Security practice and wider security program across the organization based on global recognized frameworks (e.g. ISO27001, Cobit, NIST).

The selected candidate will be engaged to handle and manage IT audits and risk assessments, IT security architecture, IT security monitoring, third party reviews, compliance checking, and matters of both regulatory and legislative impact including matters relating to, but not limited to, data privacy, cyber legislation, and corporate security best practices.

He/She will work very closely with business side staff in the form of executive project sponsors, business analysts, enterprise architects, and project managers. Heavily engaged in processes to establish the security requirements and controls of an initiative, risk assess the requirements, and deliver high and low level security solutions and designs.
 

Taking this into account, any candidate that decide to apply to this function must have a deep knowledge of all areas of IT technologies, infrastructures, and business systems, coupled with exceptional InfoSec skills. In addition, a thorough understanding of the threat landscape and all security controls that can be used to realize security protection against threat vectors. The focus of this role is to manage existing client relationships for the listing and trading business in Dublin and Amsterdam and to assist with new business development of existing services. The role will also involve the development of new services ( e.g. distribution and post trade)  for investment funds within the Euronext group as it expands its reach across Europe.

Euronext seeks to recruit a business development manager to develop and manage the Euronext investment funds business with particular focus on the markets operated in Ireland and Amsterdam. Profile, Knowledge, and Experience Required

  • 5-10  years of experience in Investment banking, VC/PE, Transaction advisory

  • Good understanding of equity and debt capital markets, financial products, regulatory environment and EU securities legislation
  • Proven business development capabilities, client relationship management and innovation experience

Role Summary

We’re searching for a highly experienced architect to join us in developing real, workable solutions with a foundation of innovation. The right person for the job will have strong technical knowledge in conceptual design, building planning and detailing, construction documentation, and construction administration. Key Accountabilities

As  Architect, you will:

  • Design, document, and execute multiple simultaneous high-quality projects (from dev to prod) by collaborating with all internal and external teams. Act as a coach, contribute to people empowerment, incorporate company standards and identify new/good practices to share.

  • Maintain core architecture documentation (cartography, technical blueprints, reference architectures, patterns and standards). Acts as an expert and evangelist in standardization and technologies.

  • Drive R&D initiatives, work with managers and teams to identify innovative technologies in line with IT strategy and deliver POC

  • Stay trained, cultivate expert knowledge about architectures domains and technologies. Attend to conferences to learn new tech/practices and collect concrete experience feedback. Communicate on findings (in Teams, newsletters), link with R&D work-streams.

  • Participate to the construction of the Architecture roadmap and to various governance activities (Open-source committee, Intellectual property management, steering committees). Contribute to the long term vision and technical choices ensuring maintainability

Profile and Skills

Euronext is looking at the following profile:

  • 3 to 10 years of IT experience in a leadership / decision making position: Technical Lead or Architect

  • Proven experience in project execution and delivery as Delivery Manager or Project Manager

  • Excellent communication skills and team work

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Hands-on experience with software development and systems

  • Strong expertise in DevOps and CI/CD ; In depth knowledge of multiple tools contributing to a CI/CD/CT pipeline

  • Understanding of strategic IT solutions

  • Proficient with cloud technologies: AWS and IaC

  • Experience in micro-services or/and service-oriented architecture (SOA)

  • Knowledge of OO coding languages (Java, Python)

  • Selling one of Euronext Corporate Services’ products : iBabs, Company Webcast, Insiderlog, IR.Manager, in one or several Euronext Corporate Services’ countries (Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, United Kingdom, Belgium, France)

  • Defining and building a sales strategy across both listed and non-listed organizations (if applicable) and closely with all Corporate Services’ areas of expertise : business development, lead generation, marketing, customer success, sales

  • Ensuring effective execution of these strategies

  • Building revenue by acquiring new and existing clients: pitch qualified prospects and close deals
