Job Description Summary

To provide level 1/2 technical Support across a broad range of technical disciplines that underpin the operation of Euronext Cash and Derivatives markets, and hosted markets on behalf of clients.

Euronext Market Services (EMS) is the front line for Euronext Cash, Derivatives and Commodities business with two operational centres in Amsterdam and Paris to ensure fair and orderly markets for all Cash, Derivatives and Commodities products, including Corporate Actions, Euronext Indices, Euronext Market Data, Member on boarding and Hosted Commercial Markets.   • Knowledge of Capital markets and applicable legislation:
  • Knowledge and experience in Project Management;
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (oral and written);
  • Familiar with PC’s and standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
  • Key skills: Responsible, Organization capacity, Accuracy, Communication skills, Teamwork, Tasks oriented, Customer Focus; Oriented for Operational Excellence;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in capital markets.

Education and Knowledge

  • University degree or master's degree  in Management, Economics, or equivalent (preferable)
