Role Summary
The Advisory Associate for the Italian market is involved in building deep relationships with corporate issuers to understand their Investor Relations needs and to provide solutions using full range of Euronext Advisory & IR Solutions services. The analyst assists executive management of small and midcaps listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets, providing them high-touch advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics: shareholders identification and diversification, understanding of investors’ perception and expectations, leveraging their listing with market experts, “360° listing diagnostic”, improving equity-story and preparing access to investors and capital. The analyst might also work on ESG Advisory topics.

Key accountabilities

  • Support the preparation, definition and execution of the deployment strategy, creating and establishing productive, collaborative, and trustful relationships with both all Borsa Italiana/Euronext’s stakeholders and all prospects and influencers

  • Contribute to the business development effort by supporting the local commercial intensity through a strong relation with the local Corporate Services Sales Manager: identifying high-potential accounts, leading prospects meetings with prepared advisory pitches, raising the local ecosystem’s awareness for our advisory services (producing sectorial presentations, participating/leading dedicated events, interacting with the local ecosystem, etc…) and reporting activities in a CRM

  • Support in the delivery of advisory support and analytics for clients accordingly with quality and commitment standards of the Advisory & IR Solutions team

  • Monitor clients’ investors relations activity (share capital evolution, investors’ CRM management, road books …) and producing clients periodic market updates and listing reports

  • Produce periodic market updates, and ECM commentaries for listed companies

  • Produce and present Shareholder Analysis Reports based on client feedback/market trends and help build client relationships/develop reference accounts

  • Understand institutional shareholding movements and provide intelligence on investor behaviour

  • Explain client movements in shareholder base vs. market/sector/peers

  • Be responsible for client engagement and loyalty, creating and establishing productive, collaborative and trustful relationships in high quality standards of missions’ delivery

  • Participate in the evolution of the services’ content by identifying clients’ needs and fostering cross-selling of Advisory & IR Solutions, serving Shareholder Analysis clients, demoing IR.Manager and of other Corporate Services solutions

Your profile

  • 2 to 4 years of experience required in capital markets or in the Italian buy-side / sell-side ecosystem. Other international experience will be a plus

Job summary

For the French market, Company Webcast is looking for a Head of Sales France to run our sales activities, based in Paris. You will primarily focus on sales of webcasts to the French companies and develop revenues with new/existing clients at management level as well as supervising the activity and managing the Sales team in France. Key Accountabilities

  • Supervising the activity in France

Managing the Sales team in France and closely with the operation team, reponsible for our reputation in the French market.

Responsibility for developing and maintaining revenues (including on a recurring basis) with existing/new clients by leveraging the added value of our four Webcasting Formats (Stakeholder/Investor Relations, Internal Communication, Marketing & E-Learning).

Job Summary

Infrastructure and Cloud Services Team is part of the overall IT in Euronext and is responsible for road-map, architecture, design and on-boarding of Cloud Infrastructure in Euronext. ICS is accountable for delivering Infrastructure & Platform solutions for Euronext supporting both business applications and shared infrastructures.

The Team Lead of Infrastructure & Cloud Services will work with  Engineers, Architects, Operations and Support staff, being responsible for the uptime and resilience of the AWS Euronext Platform (following the AWS shared responsible model).

Department

The Infrastructure & Cloud Services Team is responsible for running and maintaining the Euronext stock exchange infrastructure on the on-premises datacenters and in Cloud. The key responsibilities  are to support Production on 2nd and 3rd level in all infrastructure and Cloud technologies, systems, network and security, database and AWS.

This Team is also responsible for delivering new solutions into production: design, implementation and transition to RUN.

Key Accountabilities

As Team Lead of Infrastructure & Cloud Services, you will:

  • Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available for multiple internal users and external customers;

  • Work with software architecture team to define infrastructure and deployment requirements;

  • Work with finance team to control the cloud budget and optimize costs;

  • Work with InfoSec teams to oversee cloud security;

He/she will manage a team of two apprentices and will have responsibility for providing qualified updates on key priority areas (Tech companies, Family-owned businesses etc.), analyse primary and secondary markets deals as well as organize an active and regular competitive watch.

The Sales Associate and his team shall be in charge of supporting the local teams with the preparation of their meetings and presentation materials. Consequently, his/her practice areas will range from peers analysis and global ECM/DCM benchmarks to stock performance analysis.

The Sales Associate will also participate in prospect and client meetings as well as be involved in discussions with third parties to promote IPOs and Euronext Paris listing venue. In this respect, he/she will perform analyses and memos for external parties (associations, public bodies, financial community, media etc.).

More generally, the Sales Assoc will assist the Listing team in the roll-out of strategic initiatives targeting prospects, issuers and ecosystem members and will be highly involved in the activities of the Department.

Euronext Information Technology

Our IT team​ provides end-to-end technology support across the Euronext business, comprising of circa 300 staff primarily located in Porto, Lisbon, and Paris.

IT has a core responsibility for developing, supporting  and protecting the key trading platforms Optiq® in addition to the surrounding applications. In infrastructure, IT is responsible for Data Center management including all hardware, such as server & storage equipment right through to end user computing, such as desktops and mobiles. IT is also responsible for protecting Euronext systems from cyber attacks and data theft.

Role profile

Working in the Information Security Team, the successful candidate will find themselves engaged in all areas of the business at Euronext. Further, the boundaries of the role extend beyond Euronext’ perimeters where third parties exist and need to be engaged or responded to.

The function is heavily involved in the day to day running of the Information Security practice and wider security programme across the organisation based on global recognised frameworks (e.g. ISO27001, Cobit, NIST).

A high degree of independence will be afforded to the candidate, who will be working on key projects across the organisation. The candidate must have an in-depth security background and work alongside other information security teams from both inside InfoSec and outside in other IT teams.

The candidate will also work very closely with business side staff in the form of executive project sponsors, business analysts, enterprise architects, and project managers. The role will be engaged as a primary resource on a project from conception through to delivery and beyond. Heavily engaged in project engagement processes to establish the security requirements and controls of an initiative, risk assess the requirements, and deliver high and low level security solutions and designs.

Key accountabilities

  • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of the Information Security Programme;
  • Assisting with efforts to align internal security practices with industry best practices and security frameworks commensurate with strategy and the expectations of our clients and regulators;
  • Stay abreast of the threat landscape specific to Euronext and adjust/draft solutions designs according to developments in this space;
  • Timely and accurate reporting of the current state of all assigned projects/initiatives;
  • Keeping track of policy and standards exceptions and the risks aligned to them;
  • Keep abreast of new risks and trends in the threat landscape that may need to be addressed within information security policies, procedures and standards;
  • Exhibit a broad knowledge of security compliance and auditing frameworks and apply those to formulate policies, procedures and standards;
  • The delivery of ongoing security awareness and training through various tools and workshops;
  • Ownership and oversight of all controls owned by InfoSec, including the approval point for all change efforts, etc, that might impact any such controls.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in a specific Information security role (e.g. related ISO 27001 consultant / projects);
  • Experience within the financial sector will be a considerable benefit;
  • Past/proven experience working in a team;
  • Established background in Information Security Risks processes and in IT/Information Security Audit;
  • Strong background and knowledge of working with and implementing international security standards and frameworks, such as; ISO27001, ISO27002, ISO27005, NIST, Cobit 5, etc.;
  • Ability to deliver security education and awareness training sessions and material;
  • Excellent written/verbal communications skills and organisational skills;
  • Must be able to work well under pressure, prioritise workload appropriately and work well alone or as part of a team;
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities while multitasking effectively and to articulate complex security and privacy concepts to business users;
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner;
  • Working/technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and security specific controls;
  • Security industry certifications are considered a plus, e.g. include; CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, Cobit 5, ISO 27001 or other security / ISO related certifications.
