Missions :

En collaboration directe avec le Data Protection Officer, le stagiaire aura notamment pour missions principales :
• Aide à l’intégration de Oslo Børs ASA et des autres filiales dans le l’organisation groupe RGPD,
• La mise à jour du registre des traitements,
• L’aide et le suivi à la réalisation des analyses d’impacts relative à la protection de la vie privée pour les projets mineurs,
• Validation des clauses relatives à la protection des données personnelles en lien avec le département juridique,
• Rédaction de clauses types et de procédures.

Profil recherché :

Etudiant(e), en dernière année de préférence, d’une formation Bac +4/5 en droit (spécialisé en droit du multimédia et de l’informatique incluant la protection des données personnelles), vous avez une première expérience en cabinet d’avocats et vous avez un goût prononcé pour les marchés financiers.

Rigoureux, organisé, doté d'un excellent relationnel et de très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles, vous maîtrisez l'outil informatique (Word, Excel, PowerPoint..). La maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit) est indispensable.

Advanced data services department

The Euronext Advanced Data Services department is composed of c. 40 professionals from all Euronext countries, Netherlands, France, UK, Portugal.  They serve thousands of clients all over Europe and globally, from very large financial institutions to smaller investment companies. Job Description

Working together with the Head of Advanced Data Services and the 3 heads of the market data, index and analytics teams, the business development intern will be involved on a large variety of topics, mainly covering corporate development and strategy. He/she will:

  • Contribute to the strategic planning and structuring of the Advanced Data Services business
  • Screen and monitor upcoming opportunities, identify targets through a detailed screening process, with the support of the M&A team
  • Draft pitch materials for specific products and/or segments
  • Improve the dashboards and produce periodical reporting on commercial activity
  • Participate to data projects in coordination with number teams internally, providing great exposure within the company
Profile :

Profile

  • Final or penultimate year student from a Tier 1 business or engineering school, with strong academic credentials

Job Description

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for designing a comprehensive and progressive customer success roadmap across the different products and countries of Euronext Corporate Services, leveraging on the existing tools, processes and resources as well as introducing further scale and consistence in the organisation.

Job Summary

The Product Manager, IR Solutions, will be responsible for supporting the current Euronext IR.Manager platform and structuring the next stage of its development, as well as the development of other of IT initiatives within the Corporate Services business – in the areas of Business Intelligence Solutions, Shareholder ID, or Corporate/Investor Access Services -- and their integration.

Key responsibilities around software development and other projects management will include:

  • Handle the strategic development of Corporate Services IR Solutions, accordingly with the new roadmap (business, technology) set for the platform;
  • Collaborate with the Data Management team and other Corporate Services teams (Advisory and Shareholder ID) in developing new product features and platforms, as well as interface with Euronext IT and other Euronext teams as required
  • Manage the development and the IT support team (subcontractors and internal IT)
  • Draft software specs in coordination with the business teams, communicate them to the development teams, ensure their delivery, test and feedback to the development team, manage the development, debugging, release and deployment processes

The Euronext Advanced Data Services department is composed of c. 50 professionals from all Euronext countries, Netherlands, France, UK, Portugal.  They serve thousands of clients all over Europe and globally, from very large financial institutions to smaller investment companies. They bring a very deep knowledge on capital market structure and its evolutions. It has a revenue of c. €120m in 2018.

Euronext has strong ambitions for the growth of this broad data management segment which has become central to our industry both from an economic and regulatory standpoint. Euronext is defining a  new strategy to better organise and monetise its ever increasing dataset leveraging innovation and new technology development to deliver value to its clients and partners.

Job Summary

Advanced data services has strong ambition to grow the business and has an ambitious project roadmap, including the integration of Oslo Bors VPS, the integration of a fund data vendor acquired in July 19, the launch of new data products, the set-up of a new index platform etc.

Against this background, Euronext wishes to invest in the recruitment of business project manager that will be leading the critical project in direct relation with the Head of Advanced Data Services.

  • Assist the Head of Advanced Data Services in the definition and tracking of key projects, including the above mentioned (integration of acquired companies, new data products)
  • Drive project delivery, from definition of business case, design of the solution, the execution of the project, follow the project rules of the company
  • Drive the stakeholders including ADS team, other business team, IT Project Manager, legal, compliance, communication,  etc. to deliver the project
  • Work hand in hand with the business owner to frame new ideas into projects
  • Assist the Head of Advanced Data Services on ad-hoc “mini-projects”, around M&A opportunities, or strategic files

Leveraging curiosity, structure and ability to be solution oriented, he/she will have the opportunity to quickly build knowledge and relations with all Euronext departments and geographies offering an ideal positioning for potential future senior roles within Euronext. 

Position is based in Paris and may require regular travel to the Amsterdam and potentially Dublin offices or any new Euronext offices.


Key accountabilities

This role is a high profile and exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive self-starter to be involved in a growing business and be at the heart of transformation of the data business and in the European marketplace.

The role of the Business Project Manager is to lead strategic projects for ADS. This includes the following responsibilities:

  • Framing ideas and strategy into concrete and executable projects
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Pitching projects to secure approvals and buy in
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Attend the relevant governance instances and represent Head of ADS when needed

The business Project Manager will create a strong internal networks with the various business teams, the IT, operations, legal, communication, finance, HR, data, regulation teams


Profile and Skills
• Experience of working in a matrix management environment and coordinating resources
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to inform business decisions to achieve shared objectives
• Strong analytical/problem solving mind set with the ability and willingness to get into the details to find solutions
• Strong-customer focus with the ability to understand and anticipate the customer needs
• Perfect command of English. French or Dutch are essential depending on the location

Education & knowledge

  • Master’s degree in finance or engineering or Grandes Ecoles (management or engineering) Knowledge of financial markets is a plus but not mandatory
  • Fluent in written and verbal English. Fluency in French is a strong plus
  • Good skills in Office suite

Experience

  • 2-5 years’ experience in one or more of the following: project management, consulting, transformation
  • Experience in working closely with senior manager, C-level
