Within the Marketing department based in Paris, the Marketing Officer will contribute to the annual marketing plan of the Listing department and  to Euronext global strategy “Let’s Grow together”. It will take an active part in the roll-out of various initiatives to boost Euronext Listing Franchise in France and across Europe. More specifically, the marketing officer will:


  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to support listing strategy

Within Euronext, the Listing Department is in charge of the relationship with listed companies and those contemplating an IPO. Key Accountabilities

The Marketing officer will be working within the Listing department, and based in different countries during its volunteering. A rotation will take place every 7 months in each of our non-domestic offices, starting with Munich, then Milan and Madrid; for a total length of 24 months. His/Her mission will be to support the Marketing Manager in charge of the roll-out of the marketing strategy for those markets.

Some of his/her missions include:

  • Supporting sales representatives in their implementation in the local ecosystem (identify key local players, set up partnerships and memberships, improve media visibility)

Key accountabilities

Our team of advisors assists executive management of  Small & Midcaps listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets, providing them high-touch advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics: shareholders identification and diversification, understanding of investors’ perception and expectations, leveraging their listing with market experts, “360° listing diagnostic”, improving equity-story and preparing access to investors and capital.

The France Post-Listing Advisory Junior will be in charge of advisory support to companies listed in France, alongside the existing Post-Listing Advisory team :

(i) he/she will support the preparation, definition and execution of the deployment strategy and of the roadmap in France for Post-Listing Advisory, creating and establishing productive, collaborative, and trustful relationships with both all Euronext France /Euronext’s stakeholders and all prospects and influencers;

(ii) contributing to the business development effort by supporting the local commercial intensity, in close relation with the ParisListing team and through a strong relation with the local Corporate Services Sales Manager: identifying high-potential accounts, leading prospects meetings with prepared advisory pitches, and raising the local ecosystem’s awareness for our advisory services (producing sectorial presentations, participating/leading dedicated events, interacting with the local ecosystem, etc…) and reporting activities in a CRM (meetings scheduled, meeting reports, opportunities raised, stage, updates);

Working together with the Head of M&A and the Chief of Staff to the Group CEO, the intern analyst will be involved on a large variety of topics, mainly covering M&A, Business Development, Strategy, and Group projects.

On the M&A side the analyst will help research areas of interest for the development of Euronext’s M&A strategy, participate to financial modelization and strategic assessment of opportunities, and help create the various presentation materials and memos linked to these opportunities

Euronext, the leading pan-European exchange in the Eurozone, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support its growing activity and various business initiatives across its seven markets: Belgium, France, Ireland, The Netherlands, Portugal, the UK and Norway.

She/he will be central in driving the new company Strategic Plan and promoting its products and services to its clients, prospects and partners.

The Product Marketing Manager supports various business units among the following:

  • Trading of all asset classes (Cash, Derivatives, FX)

Product Marketing Managers are embedded in specific business units.

They work closely with the Business teams, the Global Sales representatives and their fellow Marketing colleagues, as well as the Events team, which reports to the Head of Events, and the Communications team (press office) which reports to the Head of Communications.

They can also help with specific needs of their office location.

The main objectives of the Marketing Manager include:

  • Responsible for the overall marketing of their appropriate business area(s), working with key stakeholders including the business teams, sales team, other marketing managers, web team, media team, events team, and editorial manager, to ensure alignment with business objectives while ensuring company-wide consistency.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans within agreed timescales and budget.
  • Manage the marketing budget for the specific business unit(s) and provide expense reports
  • Ensure coordination of their business area(s)' marketing plan and activities with overall Euronext marketing strategy and brand values

  • Deliver digital newsletter communications and regular email marketing to ensure that customers are kept updated with latest projects and initiatives
  • Manage social media updates in conjunction with the social media team
  • Manage email marketing lists (within the CRM tool) to ensure that they are fit for purpose and reaching our target audience; measure effectiveness through analysis of statistics.
  • Manage the relevant sections of the website for their business and review regularly to ensure content is up to date.
  • Communicate internally with stakeholders, customer-facing staff and senior management.


Key for this role is energy, enthusiasm and creativity. Budgets are small and scope is wide, so product managers need to cover a wide range of skills. Here are some of the key characteristics we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ marketing experience in B2B Marketing with a deep understanding of how to use marketing to drive growth in sales and enhance client relationships
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement
  • Some basic knowledge of financial markets
  • Strong editing, writing and verbal communication skills
  • International outlook
  • Confident in managing significant marketing budgets
  • Decisive, responsible and mature enough to take ownership of several business units
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proactive, always looking to support business and company objectives, and suggesting new ideas
  • Motivated, open and curious to make the link with other marketers and business teams across the different offices
  • Fluent in English and an excellent writer and communicator. Other European languages very useful (e.g. French)
