Role and Key Accountabilities

The Regulation Administrator will have responsibility for:
-    Index debt and funds  documents and enter data into XT (the system for processing listing applications).
-    Allocate debt and funds  document submissions / listing applications to team members.
-    Process Final Terms relating to debt security base prospectuses.
-    Prepare admission to listing and trading notices for market publication.
-    Process invoices and maintain bulk accounts for customers.
-    Administration tasks related to Euronext’s anti-money laundering operations.
-    Deal with/allocate queries from public and listing agents and other internal Departments.
-    Prepare various reports for internal and external audiences.
-    Monitor the timely delivery of various reports.
-    Maintain the Regulation section of the website.

-    Other administration work, as required.

Key accountabilities

Under the supervision of the Head of Advisory & IR Solutions, the ESG Associate, Advisory & IR Solutions will be in charge of the following missions :

  • co-elaborate the ESG Advisory offer,  in line with the ambitions of Euronext group’s new strategic plan, in order to support existing and new clients in benefiting from the development of sustainable finance (impact investing, CSR, ESG investment…), and lead the development of this offer

Role Summary


The Legal & Regulatory Counsel provides legal assistance in relation to existing and upcoming legal or regulatory issues. He/she assists the various business teams and covers various legal aspects of Euronext. He/she deals both with local issues as international issues regarding cash and equity derivatives markets, Listings and Market Data and in doing so – works closely together with colleagues abroad.

The DevOps Engineer will integrate the Industrialization & DevOps Tools Team.
The team has a strong and transverse role. They lead topics related to industrialization (automation of build and deployment) and they provide DevOps tools used by all IT departments (from Dev Factory to Production).

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer with a passion implementing current trends in continuous integration, testing and delivery.

The person in this role will have a very good understanding of the software development and delivery pipeline and help us to streamline development to allow for continuous feature release of SaaS applications.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the design, deployment and support of the DevOps tools infrastructure used from the development to the production, including: build platform, code quality and QA Tools, monitoring tools and schedulers.

He/She must be able to work under limited supervision and collaborate daily with several geographically diverse development and operational teams in order to deliver new projects from development to production.
