We are looking for a top-notch International Tax Manager, to join Euronext and take a lead in all tax related matters (income tax, VAT, withholding tax, wage tax etc) including compliance, reporting and tax planning.

As an International Tax Manager, you have in-depth knowledge of relevant tax rules, you monitor tax law developments, and provide updates on current and upcoming global, EU and country specific legislation, regulations, directives, administrative rulings and case law.

Your tasks

You are responsible for performing, monitoring, maintaining and continuously improving end-to-end tax support model for Euronext:

Maintain global tax calendar, coordinate internally with outside service provides regarding filing obligations and due dates to ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and related mandatory disclosures.

  • Ensure full compliance, administration and reporting of income tax, monitor regulatory requirements and deadlines, manage reporting and payments and support quarterly tax provision process. Advising and performing a consulting role for tax matters.

  • Support Global expansion, assist with tax research of local country tax requirements analysis of tax consequences of expansion to new jurisdictions, business models, transactions, and projects relating to other business initiatives.

  • Support companies structure including monitoring governance and execution of transfer pricing policies and compliance.

  • Assist in tax review of Euronext contracts with customers.

  • Assist in M&A and post-transaction integration activities and business restructuring projects.

  • Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing Audit support.

  • Support global international tax planning projects in design and execution.

  • Proactively identify issues, develop strategies, and drive implementation of solutions.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of automated tools to drive efficiency/process improvements.

  • Research, interpret and evaluate the tax impact of proposed EU, OECD and local country tax legislation on company transactions to ensure compliance across the region.

Job Description

  • To support the team, the Company is looking for an intern to integrate the Financial Derivatives Paris team to help them ensure the business competitiveness among a demanding and fast growing environment. The intern will help the team for market and product development activities for its Derivatives franchise.

Missions

Main mission: The intern will be part of a strategic integration project to further develop the derivatives franchise

  • Monitoring of the business environment: regulatory changes, competitive intelligence analysis in derivatives markets. (new products, performance, potential differentiation etc.).
  • Production of client/market reports for internal and external reviews of the Derivatives franchise

Op de afdeling Servicedesk/Beheer beantwoord je met 3 andere collega’s de support calls, je monitort ons streamingsplatform, bedient klanten zo goed mogelijk en je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling van onze techniek om de markt altijd een stapje voor te kunnen blijven. We bieden je uitdagende vraagstukken en garanderen je dat elke dag anders is.

Jouw taken

  • Je beheert, monitort en onderhoudt ons huidige en toekomstige infrastructuur (AWS, Amazon). Tevens ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de uptime van ons productie platform .

  • Je bedient interne en externe klanten betreffende operationele en technische vragen en eventuele herstelwerkzaamheden. Hierbij reageren we proactief om storingen te voorkomen.

  • Je bent onderdeel van het testteam voor nieuwe features en releases.

Jouw profiel

Je hebt kennis van webservices, databases en audio-/videobewerking. Je hebt een leergierige instelling, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, een klantgerichte instelling en een sterk analytisch en oplossend vermogen.

  • Minimaal afgeronde MBO niveau 4 IT-opleiding.

  • Enthousiaste (young) professional met ervaring op het gebied helpdesk en of beheer.

  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, je beheerst de Nederlandse- en Engelse taal volledig.

  • Je bent flexibel en kunt snel schakelen.

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kunt je werkzaamheden goed plannen en organiseren.

  • Je bent leergierig en maakt je een werkterrein snel eigen.

  • Je kunt goed samenwerken in een team.

  • Ervaring met audio-/videobewerking is een pre.

  • Ervaring met systeembeheer taken is een pre.

  • Ervaring met Photoshop en Premiere Pro is een pre.

  • Variërende diensttijden. Je draait samen met anderen op maandag t/m donderdag diensten tussen 8:00 uur en 23:00 uur en op vrijdag tussen 8:00 en 17:30.

  • Woonachtig in de omgeving Rotterdam.

Webcasting is het (live) uitzenden van beeld en geluid via het Internet, gecombineerd met (zeer interactieve) mogelijkheden zoals het tonen van PowerPoint slides, chatfuncties en polls.
