Euronext Market Services (EMS) is the front line for Euronext Cash, Derivatives and Commodities business with two operational centres in Amsterdam and Paris to ensure fair and orderly markets for all Cash, Derivatives and Commodities products, including Corporate Actions, Euronext Indices, Euronext Market Data, Member on boarding and Hosted Commercial Markets. EMS staff and managers have access to all relevant EMS Cash and Derivatives business and technical monitoring tools and make use of integrated EMS tools and procedures across the two EMS locations. EMS operates daily from 06:30-22:30 CET. EMS owns the service delivery to clients.

EMS is a preferred entry point for all talents willing to work in the Euronext or more broadly in the financial markets industry.

The Operational Client Relationship Officer ensures that an excellent customer service to all Euronext members and partnering software vendors / service providers is provided and that all client request and queries are taken into account. He/she is working together in a (virtual) team of Operational Client Relationship Officer from other locations.

The Operational Client Services staff has access to all relevant EMS Cash & Derivatives business and technical monitoring tools (dedicated profiles) and make use of integrated EMS communication tooling.

Key Accountabilities

  • Be the central point of contact of an allocated group of clients on operational matters covering level 1 or 2 questions, among others:
    • functional questions on specifications
    • questions on market moves or reservations
    • direct management of order cancellation and interfaces from trades cancellation, both according to the procedures in place
    • connectivity or technical points
    • advisory on throttling and access setup
    • post-sale client onboarding on new products / initiatives until go live
  • Follow up all questions or issues until resolution, regularly inform the client of progresses notably when in depth analysis is needed (Level 3 : bugs/IT, performance/M&TT, cinematics/Markets-Projects)
  • Back up other Operational client services teammates when needed : intraday, holidays, …
  • Reporting interactions in the defined tool
  • Maintaining all interfaces with customers (distribution lists, CRM, portal, technical documentation)
  • Projects : review of specifications and creation of terms of reference on coming products and initiatives, support to clients for the developments and tests, execution of conformance tests with the clients
  • More active contribution to projects when targeting a specific list of clients
  • Incidents : management of clients contacts during incidents. When needed, the Operational Client services team can be asked to support the Markets team.
  • Upon implementation of the transfer of some CSC tasks, management of the virtual desk activities

Profile, Knowledge, and Experience Required

Experience

Role Summary


The Payroll and HR Services France manager is a key role for the HR team in France. He/She will manage payroll processes in direct liaison with our payroll outsourced partner and key HR administration processes. He/she also assists and supports the local HR team in several processes such as HR reporting, social and legal declarations, support accountings teams in financial closings,  support on execution of all HR administration process (eg onboarding, offboarding, mobility…).  The Payroll and HR Services France manager will also play a key role in supporting the implementation of local Compensation and Benefits schemes, processes and services with our key partners, to ensure our team is securing all local executions of group processes as well as local schemes (heath insurance, …), in direct link with the group C&B team.

Key accountabilities

 

As our Payroll and HR Services France manager, you will mainly:

  • Perform payroll department operations and manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely for all companies in France – mainly 2 + subsidiaries in other countries (around 450 payslips per month)
  • Reconcile and control payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
  • Execute time and attendance processing and interface with our payroll service partner
  • Carrying out checks and controls, and expected to develop and secure current control where needed.
  • Be identified as a key user involved in the different payroll projects across the group, with the accountability to represent your country specifics requirements (company agreement knowledge, regular payroll & benefits law update).
  • Be the main contact to the GL team and key contact of the different providers ( payroll, benefits..)
  • Act as First support level of the employees regarding the payroll and time management individual requests
  • Supports the HRBPs in the onboarding and offboarding of permanent and fixed-term contracts, internships, apprenticeships: creates the admin profile and prepares admin logistics for onboarding; takes in charge the legal declarations with relevant legislation (labor law, health & safety, tax law)
  • Process accurate and timely year-end reporting to HR and/or Management ( social reports, work council , budget …).
  • Be accountable of the execution with the highest level of standard of all Euronext HR Services processes impacting payroll activities: hiring, onboarding, job changes, offboarding.
  • Become the local key person on compensation and benefits operational tasks to execute groups schemes (LTI, Annual Compensation process…) but also local schemes (profit sharing, employee saving account..) in direct link with the Euronext C&B group team.

Payroll and HR Services Operational Excellence:

  • Act diligently to ensure that work is done accurately.
  • Ensures that errors and problems are reported to the appropriate stakeholder: payroll partner in our outsourced service, local HR Director, group C&B team.
  • Completes corrective action request forms as required.
  • Ensures that key stakeholders and especially the French HR Director are kept informed of any risks or problems that may prevent the delivery of payroll.
  • Understands all problems and seeks assistance and explanations, as required, from appropriate stakeholders in case of delay or issue.

Team Focus:

  • Participation in group payroll & hr services meetings
  • Submit any relevant information that can be discussed at regular France HR team meetings.
  • Assist other team members as required

Profile and skills

Experience

  • Very good Knowledge on national Payroll processing/accounting and local benefits – with at least 8 to 10 years of proven experience
  • Knowledge on HR Information Systems and processes (Alicia/SDWorks, protime ( payroll & absences  systems) and Workday are a plus)

Education and Knowledge

  • Bachelor degree Accounting/Payroll or Business Administration preferred

Missions principales

Trading Surrounds, département de la DEV FACTORY d’Euronext, propose plusieurs applications dites «surround» car périphériques au Système de Négociation d’ordres Euronext. SATURN est une de ces applications «surround». SATURN est un outil permettant aux membres de marché de faire du «Reporting» des transactions effectuées sur les systèmes de négociation d’Euronext et en dehors. Cette application permet d’être en règle par rapport aux spécifications MIFID II; c’est une application sensible. Une importante initiative Business implique le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalité sur Saturn ainsi que la fiabilisation de fonctionnalités existantes.Les évolutions touchent l’interface utilisateur ainsi que les différents process fonctionnels. Les développements sont basés sur les technologies C++/Java/Angular.

Le stagiaire interviendra dans l’étude et la mise en place des nouvelles fonctionnalités:

The Digital Ambition Program Manager:

  • Coordinates, manages and controls the execution of the Digital Ambition Program in the respect of the allocated time & budget and a complete alignment with objectives and defined scope.

DEV Factory

The DEV Factory is the IT department owning the development roadmap of the multiple products existing in the Euronext Information System. The Products teams manage execution backlogs and deliver software validated on stand-alone or pre-integration platform.

Solution Design & Integration team

The Solution Design & Integration team has to ensure the functional integration for all the DEV FACTORY Products.

For each Feature delivered by a project, the Solution Design and Integration team is accountable for ensuring that for all products:

  • Impact of the new feature has been identified
  • The overall design will deliver our objectives of evolutivity, availability, performances, while keeping this simple as much as possible.
  • Interfaces between products are clearly defined and documented

Design and implement the automated integration testing strategy

  • Prepare the end to end functional testing plan
  • Execute and analyze the defined tests

Own the Regression tests execution plan  

  • Work with the Tools team to continuously improve our regression testing tooling
  • Coordinate with Projects and Release Managers to make sure regression testing is performed in due time for all projects

Key accountabilities

The QA Analyst in the Solution Design & Integration Team, is accountable for functional end-to-end testing for 1 or n projects. He should define the test objectives at Features level and the associated coverage. He identifies potential gaps and design, executes, automates integration tests on application requirement standards to guarantee successful implementation of core trading applications.  

The candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging subjects to address new functional changes to existing applications, or support the launch of new applications. These initiatives are managed using Agile methodology.

The main focus of the mission will be related to the automation of integration tests.

  • Be interested in “Trading” Business
  • Build and enrich the Automation Framework for End-To-End testing on Cash and Derivatives system (Python)  including Referential application, Trading chain and the Data Warehouse application managing Euronext Trade data and using Cloud technology.
  • Contribute to the automated integration test strategy definition depending on the products (from the creation of a new framework to the improvement of the maintainability)
  • Automate integration tests following the automated integration test strategy defined

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Education : IT Engineer
  • A clear understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.

DEV Factory

The DEV Factory is the IT department owning the development roadmap of the multiple products existing in the Euronext Information System. The Products teams manage execution backlogs and deliver software validated on stand-alone or pre-integration platform.

Solution Design & Integration team

The Solution Design & Integration team has to ensure the functional integration for all the DEV FACTORY Products.

For each Feature delivered by a project, the Solution Design and Integration team is accountable for ensuring that for all products:

  • Impact of the new feature has been identified
  • The overall design will deliver our objectives of evolutivity, availability, performances, while keeping this simple as much as possible.
  • Interfaces between products are clearly defined and documented

Design and implement the automated integration testing strategy

  • Prepare the end to end functional testing plan
  • Execute and analyze the defined tests

Own the Regression tests execution plan  

  • Work with the Tools team to continuously improve our regression testing tooling
  • Coordinate with Projects and Release Managers to make sure regression testing is performed in due time for all projects
  • Check the performance and stability meet the non-functional requirement

Key accountabilities

The Technical Lead, Technical and Functional expert,  in the Solution Design & Integration Team, is accountable for technical performance and stability testing of the trading system.

The candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging subjects through the whole Euronext Trading System.

The main focus of the mission will be to improve existing tools, or build new tools that will help the technical analysis (performance, resiliance, ...) and automate the technical testing.

Role Profile

Managed by the SOC division within InfoSec, candidates in this position will find themselves exposed to and working with Cyberthreat Landscape, Security Controls improvement and Incident Handling activities.

With a broad spectrum of knowledge and subject matter expertise across all areas of Information Security candidates will operate within a pool of talented InfoSec Specialists supporting projects and initiatives as needed.

Key Accountabilities
