Job Description

The Technology Director provides sound technical leadership in all aspects of the Corporate Services business, and communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our products and services’ technologies are developed and used appropriately.

Key accountabilities

• Build a constructive relationship based on trust with the technology department of the different business teams of Euronext Corporate Services, and especially with iBabs, Company Webcast and InsiderLog;
• Be the owner of technology for our IR.Manager business;
• Define Euronext Corporate Services’ technology strategy and roadmap for using technological resources and ensure technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely in line with Euronext IT standards, budget and policies;  
• Structure the technology platform and environment of Euronext Corporate Services in order to build a scalable platform for future acquisitions and integrations of products;

Interbolsa IT Department

Under administrative and technical supervision of the IT/Development coordination, this position is responsible for developing forms web applications using Oracle APEX.

To be considered for this position the successful candidate must have a degree in Computer Science (or equivalent), with experience developing web applications using Oracle APEX and PL/SQL.

The role requires the ability to design and implement cleanly designed, user friendly and modern looking user interfaces and simultaneously adapt the existing Interbolsa template.

Job Description Summary

To provide level 1/2 technical Support across a broad range of technical disciplines that underpin the operation of Euronext Cash and Derivatives markets, and hosted markets on behalf of clients.

The disciplines include Applications, Network, Systems (Linux and Windows), Database and Security.

You will be part of a team based in Porto covering all market operational hours (shift system in a 24/7 operation), and will work in a high-tech learning environment with colleagues across all Euronext locations.
 
The job consists of prioritizing and progressing resolution of faults or queries on the full range of systems across all clients, suggesting methods to build and implement measurable improvements to the services, undertaking project work and the implementation of change by performing a QA after any work. Troubleshooting issues relating to the network, database, infrastructure, applications or security. Contributing to serious incident, change and problem management.
This role is both internal and external facing and is located within the Service Operations Group, which in turn is part of the IT Operations and Engineering group.

Role Summary

For the UK & Ireland market Euronext Corporate Services - Company Webcast is looking for an Account Executive to run our sales activities, based in London. You will primarily focus on sales of webcasts to the UK-based companies and develop revenues with new/existing clients at management level.

You will advise clients on meeting their communication objectives through the use of webinars and webcasts. Company Webcast has focused its sales activities on four core scenarios, namely Stakeholder (Investor Relations) Communication, Internal Communication, Marketing Communication and E-Learning Communication.

Key accountabilities

* Revenue management : Responsibility for developing and maintaining revenues (including on a recurring basis) with existing/new clients by leveraging the added value of our four Webcasting Formats (Stakeholder/Investor Relations, Internal Communication, Marketing & E-Learning).

* Relationship management: Making tactical and strategic contacts at management level (including heads of Investor Relations, Marketing & Communication) through client networks and other channels.

* Product & market development: Building specific, sector-oriented knowledge for the various formats (primarily focus on Investor Relations). Identifying market developments and translating these into sales activities (outbound). You take care to ensure that you are regarded as a reliable advisor.

Euronext Indices is the strategic business unit of Euronext responsible for the development, management and licensing of Euronext owned indices, 3rd party index calculation and partnership with other index providers / data vendors. The product offering includes national blue chip indices as well as indices tailored to meet the demands of investors looking for specific or enhanced market exposure at lower costs. Job Description

Working closely with the Team Lead Development (Senior Developer), the Backend Developer is responsible for working on our Streaming Media platform on which our worldwide customers and partners develop, implement and operate their own products and services.

Our technical platform is essentially a set of REST and SOAP interfaces built on top of advanced conversion, distribution and analysis systems.

Our technology runs in the Amazon Cloud and we strive to set it up as serverless as possible.  The Backend Developer will work in a small team of developers where there is a lot of room for his/her own technical interpretation.
