- real estate investment services (96.9%): conducting property studies, selecting real estate programs, issuing loan offers, handling administrative duties (reservation contracts, notarizations), leasing management and rate guarantee services, etc. The group is also involved in publishing professional real estate ads in free publications and on the Internet (Acheter-Louer.fr; listed company in July 2007);
