Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon, London, Paris, 18 November 2005 – Tele Atlas N.V. today celebrated a successful listing on Eurolist by Euronext Amsterdam.
The IPO consisted of a total offering of 25.2 million shares, raising a total of EUR 467 million. Based on the price set for the opening – EUR 19.10 per share – market capitalization of the company reached EUR 1.7 billion.
The admission of Tele Atlas N.V. took place this morning at Euronext Amsterdam in the presence of Alain De Taeye, CEO of Tele Atlas N.V. and Joost van der Does de Willebois, member of the Managing Board and Chief Financial Officer of Euronext N.V.
Tele Atlas N.V. is Euronext’s 56th listing in 2005. Since January, new listings on Euronext markets represented an additional EUR 40.3 billion in market capitalisation, with EUR 8.6 billion raised.
