| Operation description |
Admission on Alternext:
- 2,792,666 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of IPSOGEN, and,
- a maximum of 1,236,082 new shares by way of public offering,
- a maximum of 398,636 additional new shares in case the extension option and green shoe option are exercised.
A maximum of 1,236,082 shares, before extension option exercise and green shoe option exercise, will be offered to public by the way of a Global Placement and an Open Price Offer (OPO).
Extension option: Depending on the demand, the number of shares offered could be raised by a maximum of 185,412 new shares.
Green shoe option: Depending on the demand and on the share price trends, by the end of the month following the first quotation, an over-allotment option of 15% of the initial offering (ie a maximum of 213,224 new additional shares) may be exercised. |

If 75% of the initial increase of capital at the minimum weren't completed, the operation would be canceled or postponed. |
