A maximum of 303,030 shares, before extension option exercise, will be offered to public by the way of a Global Placement and an Open Price Offer (OPO).
Company's shares are listed on the Marché Libre. Since 19 May 2008, trading on shares are suspended as indicated on notice PAR_20080519_01691_MLI.
Extension option: Depending on the demand, the number of new shares offered could be raised by a maximum of 45,454 shares. |
