Friends Provident Group plc (“FPG”) has received a takeover offer proposal from Resolution ltd (“Resolution”) whereby shareholders will receive 0.9 Resolution shares for every FPG share held. The offer will be implemented by way of scheme of arrangement (“the Scheme”).
