With a view to financing its comprehensive investment programme, Fluxys issues a retail bond on the Belgian market in the framework of a bond loan for an expected amount of at least E100,000,000.
The offer period for the new retail bonds will open on 19 November at 9:00 and close on 16 December at 16:00. The obligation offers a gross yearly coupon of 4.125%, which implies a gross yield of 3.775% for the issue price of 101.849% (selling commission included). The retail bonds will be admitted for trading on the regulated market of Euronext Brussels.
The prospectus detailing the retail bond issue will be available at the registered office of Fluxys as from the start of the offer period.
