Delfingen Industry strengthens its strategic position
DELFINGEN INDUSTRY is looking at refocusing on its core business. That is why as announced on September 11st, 2009, it has signed sale memorandum of understanding with the company CABLERIAS AUTO, S.L. for its wiring activity based in Portugal. The transfer, for a total amount of 0.4 millions of Euros, has been effective since October 23rd, 2009.
This business, which counts for 1% of DELFINGEN INDUSTRY's sales and employs about 30 people, has been losing money repeatedly.
