Suspension of the membership agreement between
the "Martin" Group and the Mr.Bricolage chain
Mr Bricolage SA announces the suspension, from 1 January 2010, of the membership agreement between the Mr.Bricolage chain and the companies operating "Martin" Group stores.
The "Martin" Group operates 11 Mr.Bricolage branded stores in South Eastern France covering a total surface area of 47,760 m² and representing 2008 turnover including tax of E78.1 million.
Mr Bricolage SA points out that the Mr.Bricolage and Catena branded networks represented a total of 527 stores in France and abroad as of 31 August 2009 generating turnover including tax (2008) of E1.89 billion.
