Payton Planar Magneticsannounces that the release of the results for the full year 2005 will be postponed from March 23 to March 29, 2006 thus due to the postponing of the Board of Directors' meeting of Payton Industries Ltd., parent company of Payton Planar Magnetics.

Financial results will be issued after stockmarket closure.
