This new website makes it easy for you to find all of the information you need to manage your investments. We would particularly like to draw your attention to the ‘private investor’ section, which features extensive information about Euronext’s products and the trade in shares and options. You will find quotes on equities(shares, index trackers). Prices of warrants, bonds and funds wil follow soon. At a later stage option prices will also be available on euronext.com. Would you like to brush up on a specific subject? Go to the ‘education centre’. Both beginners and advanced investors can find what they’re looking for in this section of our site. For your convenience some of the highlights of our website are listed below.

  • How’s Europe doing? (homepage). Historical and current levels of the Euronext indices. Click on a tab to see that level of the index you have chosen.
  • Language preference (homepage). Use the buttons in the upper right-hand corner to select a language: Dutch (NL), English (EN) or French (FR). Instructions, information and contents appear in the language selected. Any text that is not available in that language will be shown in English.
  • Search (homepage). The search engine is located in the upper left-hand corner under the Euronext logo. Use it to go directly to share prices or to specific parts of the site.
  • Private investor (home page). Complete range of information about Euronext’s products and the trade in shares and options. Visit the ‘education centre’ if you need information about a specific subject.
  • Market selection (click on trading/equities/stocks). A market can be selected via the starting page for stocks. You can use this market selection for all equities and indices in the ‘trading section’ of this website. You have a choice between a multi-national selection (Whole Euronext) and one of the countries. Choose the country you want from the drop-down menu.
  • For our clients. Important information for traders, listed companies, members and other clients. This button is the gateway to a complete survey of rules and regulations, Euronext trading systems for cash and derivatives, legal issues, and listing procedures.

Prospectuses published by newly-listed companies are a vital source of information for investors wishing to make well-founded investment decisions. That is why on 15 December 2005 we started publishing the prospectuses of companies listed on Euronext Amsterdam and the prospectuses of trackers and bonds traded on Euronext Amsterdam on this site. If you would like to access this information, you will need to register first.

The distribution of information contained in prospectuses is subject to strict international rules and regulations. The content of the prospectuses published by companies listed in Amsterdam can be accessed by Dutch residents only, and may be published on our website only if the lead bank agrees. You therefore need to register if you wish to access such information. To register, go to the top of the page, move the mouse over My Euronext then User, and click on Register. Complete all the details, and do not forget to tick the second box (stating that you want access to Dutch prospectuses, etc). When you place the tick, another section will open at the bottom of the screen in which you can fill in additional personal details. This will help  protect the service against unauthorized use.

Once you have completed your registration, the quickest way of getting to the prospectuses is by going to the top of the page, moving the mouse over News & Notices then Listing Centre, and clicking on IPOs. Select a company listed in Amsterdam, click on it and then click on the line at the bottom of the screen that refers to the company’s prospectus. You can now access the prospectus.
