Alternext Listed companies on Alternext issued via Private Placement

This list has been drafted by Euronext Paris under the responsibility of the issuers and on the merits of the information they delivered upon their admission on Alternext or following subsequent financial transactions.

The update of this list is made by the issuer under its sole responsibility. The issuer must inform Euronext Paris of any modification to its status.

Some issuers have proceeded to securities listing outside the scope of the public offering status in France ("appel public à l'épargne"), pursuant to Article L.411-2 of the French Financial and monetary code ("The Code"), as implemented by Articles 211-1 et seq. of General regulations of the Autorité des marches financiers ("AMF"). As a consequence, the initial private placement took place without a prospectus being approved by the AMF, pursuant to Article 211-3 of its General regulations, and any subsequent resale of the shares held by the investors initially involved in the placement can only be carried out under the conditions set forth by Articles L.411-1, L.411-2, L.412-1, D.411-1, D.411-4 and L.621-8 to L.621-8-3 of the Code.

In addition, it is reminded that public solicitation within the meaning of aticle L 341-10 of the Code is prohibited for financial instruments listed on a non-regulated market without the public offering status ("appel public à l'épargne").
