ETN segment
The listing fees set forth below are applicable to ETF, ETV and ETN share classes listed on all NYSE Euronext European regulated markets:
1. Admission fee

A one-time admission fee is applied at the listing of a share class (per ISIN) on the NYSE Euronext European markets:

  • 7 500 € for the first listing of a share class on NYSE Euronext European markets,
  • 1 000 € for each listing of a currency share class of a product with an already listed share class
  • 1 000 € for each multi-listing on an additional market of the same share class already listed on another NYSE European market.
2. Annual fee

A single annual fee is applied per share class (per ISIN), regardless of the number of listings on NYSE Euronext European markets, based on the value of the total shares outstanding in Euros of the share class:

Annual fees for each entire calendar year are invoiced at the beginning of each year based on the value of the total shares outstanding in Euros of each share class on 31st December of the previous year. For share classes listed during the course of a calendar year, a pro-rata amount of the annual fee is invoiced for the remainder of the year based on the value of the total shares outstanding in Euros on the day of admission.

For non-Euro based share classes, the value of the total shares outstanding in Euros is calculated using the ECB currency rate on 31st December of the previous year or admission day in the case of share classes listed during the year.
