The listing fee set below is applicable to ETFs, ETVs and ETNs listed on all NYSE Euronext European regulated markets.
The listing fees are divided in 2 different sections: |

| 1. Admission fee |
The admission fee is €7 500 per ETF, ETV and ETN. Listings of additional share classes of the same ETF, ETV, or ETN and multi-listings of products which are already listed on another Euronext market are discounted by 50%.
Admission fees are invoiced following the listing of each ETF, ETV and ETN. |

| 2. Annual fees |
The annual listing fees are based on the total outstanding shares of the ETF, ETV and ETN, as follows:

Annual listing fees for all ETFs, ETVs and ETN are invoiced at the beginning of each calendar year based on the total outstanding shares of each product on 31 December. For new listings, a pro-rata annual fee is invoiced following the listing of each product based on the shares outstanding at the time of the listing.
