Sales/Account Management is responsible for the commercial relationship with all member firms and for ensuring customers receive excellent service when
dealing with the Exchange. Every member firm has an Account Manager.
For product information, business development initiatives, queries relating to official Exchange notices, product research, access to all Exchange systems, LIFFE CONNECT® releases and feedback on service.
If you have any issues regarding service and are unsure which department to contact, please speak to your account manager who will either put you in touch with the right department or arrange a suitable meeting to discuss the issues.
