NYSE Liffe is the Europe-based derivatives business of NYSE Euronext. NYSE Liffe futures and options markets are located in Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon, London and Paris.

Members of NYSE Liffe benefit from direct access to LIFFE CONNECT^® and /or Bclear.

There are three ways to become a Member of the NYSE Liffe markets:

1. Standard Application - for applicants who do not already hold a Euronext or NYSE Liffe Membership.
2. Fast Track Application - for existing Members of the Euronext securities market(s) who are extending access to the derivatives market(s).
3. Membership Option - for existing Members of a derivatives market who wish to extend to other derivatives markets.

Before completing the forms please contact the NYSE Liffe Membership Team to arrange a pre-application call or meeting. The call / meeting will cover the requirements for NYSE Liffe Membership and provide guidance on completing the application forms and the need for supporting documentation.

Direct access to LIFFE CONNECT^® and /or Bclear is also available to firms who are affiliated to existing NYSE Liffe Members but who do not wish to become Members in their own right. To apply for Affiliate access it is necessary to share a common ownership of 95% with an existing Member.

For a Member to conduct business on LIFFE CONNECT^® and/or Bclear, it is necessary to register at least one Responsible Person (“RP”) on the relevant NYSE Liffe market(s) of which it is a Member. Members will also need to register a nominated administrator (“MCA”) who has responsibility for maintaining the register of Responsible Persons’ details and associated trading keys.
