Euronext’s contacts with its trading clients are based on a relationship management structure. Each cash trading customer has a designated Relationship Manager at Euronext who acts as the customer’s first point of contact within Euronext for all except real-time technical or functional issues (see Market support).

Relationship managers meet with customers regularly, both in one-to-one meetings and at Euronext events.

Trading clients can contact Relationship Managers about any specific query they might have, or for any general query about Euronext and ongoing projects. For example:

  • individual client operational projects
  • market strategy
  • impact of specific Euronext projects (e.g. migrations)
  • Euronext information and documentation
  • Euronext access projects

Euronext Cash Relationship Management teams are based in all four Euronext cash trading marketplaces, Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon and Paris, and also in London for UK members.  Members are therefore guaranteed a contact at Euronext who speaks their language and knows their market.
