The Euronext list comprises all stocks that are listed on Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Brussels, Euronext Paris and Euronext Lisbon. Since legislation as to listing of stock is not harmonised yet on European level, one can find differences between one Euronext country and another. Recent European guidelines however will pave the way for harmonised supervision of equity markets.

As far as trading is concerned, it is possible to trade all these stocks from all countries, provided clearing facilities of your broker. Consult your bank or broker about trading of ‘foreign’ stocks and about the fees you have to pay for trading these stocks.
