Europlasma specializes in the evaluating hazardous wastes and rendering them inert using plasma torch technology. The group is also involved in renewable energy production. The group's activities revolve around three sectors:

• design, execution and sale of turn-key waste treatment units. The group also develops an activity of design and production of plasma torches for heating and maintaining the contents of a furnace at a temperature above the waste's melting point;
• waste treatment services: operating through the Inertam-Cofal site, which destroys asbestos wastes using a vitrification process;
• renewable energy production: primarily by means of waste gasification.
