The 3rd Smallcap Event meeting, which took place in the Hilton Sufren Hotel in Paris on the 21st and 22nd April, is a major event dedicated to small capitatlizations on NYSE Euronext markets. This two-day event is a privileged forum for European institutional investors and listed companies. The goal is to bring together institutional investors in ‘one to one’ meetings with the companies senior management of their choice.

The event has been a success with a record of 1280 meetings (700 in 2006) taking place between 198 investors / 125 institutions (79 investors and 77 institutions in 2006) and 73 Dutch and French, Euronext and Alternext listed companies. Among the companies participating, 88% were French and 12% from UK. Listed companies attendance increased by 20 % over the last year and the European investors participation drastically grew. These 1280 appointments organized allowed to hold an average of 17.5 meetings per company.

The Smallcap Event, supported by NYSE Euronext is organized by CF&B Communication, and has grown steadily in popularity since 2006.
