Liberty International Acquisition Company was welcomed to NYSE Euronext's European Market
Liberty International Acquisition Company, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) was successfully listed 6 February 2008 on NYSE Euronext’s Amsterdam market, raising a total of € 600 mln in new capital.
Liberty International Acquisition Company will focus on business acquisitions outside the US. It is sponsored by Berggruen Acquisition Holdings II Ltd and Marlin Equities IV LLC.
