Euronext Securities Risk Management Team is part of the Euronext Group Risk department, a team of more than 40 talented professionals in Risk, Business Continuity Management, and Internal Control, spread across our various geographies. The key objective of the team is to preserve the value, assets, and reputation of the company. Identifying and assessing risks, implementing mitigation actions, informing and raising staff and business awareness, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with the appropriate regulations are the core activities embedded in our team.
Key accountabilities
Identify risks and produce risk profiles with the business and facilitate management responses, presenting these to senior managers as required.
Support management in Business and Support Functions by identifying, analyzing, and advising on mitigation and risks.
Develop, manage, and monitor key risk indicators and promote risk awareness across the Euronext Securities organization.
Analyze and interpret complex data to provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders, identifying risks and taking appropriate action or escalating as appropriate.
Conduct ongoing review of existing methodologies, policies, and best practices, provide recommendations for improvement, and support the implementation of any resulting changes.
Draw on technical knowledge to contribute to risk management in projects and other relevant activities.
Develop and communicate on risk appetite and usage for decision-making.
Apply expert understanding of legislation and compliance requirements and external best practices to develop and implement recommendations to enhance risk monitoring and reporting.
Use technical skills to further improve existing reporting and develop where there is a need to advance.
Your profile
Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or other relevant field.
Knowledge of the company’s markets, operations, and/or IT an advantage.
Good knowledge of risk management principles.
Excellent analytic skills.
Strong presentation skills and ability to discuss risk in an approachable manner.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels including senior executives, both orally and in writing.
Ability to work well on own initiative.
Fluent in English and either Norwegian or Danish.
Senior Product Owner
As a Senior Product Owner, you will represent key stakeholders, define the product vision, and prioritize development to ensure delivery of high-value features. You’ll lead complex initiatives, align cross-location requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and business value.

• Manage the Oslo and Copenhagen QA team and strategy for critical projects
• Analyze specific team testing requirements, execute and automate report on expected test cases to meet the quality department’s objectives
• Create and execute component-level test plans and test cases
• Actively contribute to implementation of all core trading applications used for running Euronext markets
• Identify gaps and inconsistences based on product requirements and specifications
• Coordinate with other quality assurance units to meet company quality standards
• Coach and lead the Team towards the defined strategy for QA and testing, from tools to methodologies

The Product Manager/Product Owner participates in product planning and development at both a strategic and execution level. This includes managing one or multiple products in Acupay’s or Euronext Securities’ tax services portfolio throughout their lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with technology and software engineering, to deliver winning products and meet external and internal customer demands. Skills and Experience
ESSENTIAL
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, science, or management-related discipline with at least 2:1 (or analogous result) achieved.
At least 5 years work experience in Product Management or Business Analytics.
Agile or SCRUM Product Owner certification.
Experience in and/or knowledge of one or more of the following areas: financial markets, international tax regimes, custody and corporate actions.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work under pressure, as well as to be a team player.
Ability to assist in operational planning in the short, medium and long-term business environments.
Proven ability to prioritise their own workload as well as that of others, to work to their own initiative and to identify improvements on an ongoing basis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including procedure writing in English.
Ability to effectively analyse information quickly, approach challenges creatively and work to find innovative solutions.

Tax knowledge specific to Belgian, French and/or Dutch investment markets.
